Lana Time Shop has published pictures of a Xinjiangtitan model. This is probably from Zee studio and a re-release of the original cast resin model but now as 3D printed model.

These sauropods basically looked like a plump snake with legs.  Incredible.   One has to wonder how they bent down to drink without tipping forward and doing a face plant.

That's a gorgeous Brachiosaurus. Come to think of it, I haven't bought and built a resin kit in years now.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

:o WOW That's the Brachio i'd love to have at home! So beautiful! I've never bought a resin kit, how much is this one...?

Has the placement of brachiosaurs' nostrils changed since I was a kid?

Yes, it has!

A summary taken from tetzoo.com:

"As is now widely known, and near-universally accepted, the external or fleshy nostrils of sauropods were almost certainly not located way up on the forehead, far from the front of the snout, as was long thought based on the retracted position of the bony nostril openings. A more 'normal', anterior position for the nostrils was demonstrated by Witmer (2001) who pointed to evidence from blood vessel and nerve impressions and associated cranial hollows, all of which are located on the anterior part of the snout. These indicate the most likely position of the fleshy nostril and associated blood vessel clusters."

E @edu Thank you! Very interesting.

I'll wait for HLG Brachiosaurus.
This one went with the JP like neck pose, and I alwready got the W-Dragon Giraffatitan for that.
I'd prefer a more neutral pose next time.
Although I do enjoy the bulk on the neck, and the shape of the head is fantastic.

This is why I did not go for this resin model either. I would also prefer a Brachiosaurus with a more neutral neck pose, along the lines of what was shown in the Haolonggood teaser with the 4 large sauropods.

Stelios Prinaris of S @sp_art_projects has just opened pre-orders for his new Alamosaurus!

Instagram Post and Pre-Order

If you don't have Instagram, I can help with getting in touch with him.

I've been anticipating this release for a while and I'm very excited to get mine. He needs a few orders in before he can get started, so I would urge anyone who is interested to chip in.
