Halichoeres

Previously all definite specimens of tanystropheids were known from the northern (Laurasian) continents, so these fragments from Brazil are a cool find. It's not a whole skeleton or anything, and it's not enough to be sure what species it belongs to, but it's enough to diagnose and establish that the Lower Triassic of South America housed some of these weirdoes.
