PNSO stego seems in the same scale as their Ceratosaurus(or a little smaller), in 1/10-1/15?
Also try the old Wild Safari red stego, seems in 1/40 scale.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the Bullyland Stegosaurus? It's 1:30 - 1:35 scale, and although it is a retro/pre-Sophie reconstruction, it's quite a good sculpt. The paint is a little crude, BUT if you did/commissioned a repaint I think it would really work well. At least to me it's probably the best Pre-Sophie sculpt out there
