Out of stock on all the websites I'm aware of unfortunately (Dejankins, Minizoo, some European sites). I'm also wanting this one, but I feared we have missed our chance short of resorting to ebay and getting lucky there possibly.

I would really suggest tracking down the Thylacine and Diprotodon if one hasn't yet before those are no longer in stock anywhere (if not any of the extant animal models they made too). I'll do some research on some bookmarked sites such as Dejankins on my computer and see what I can find where those may be in stock still.

I recall there being discussion in the Southlands thread about how they cannot continue to produce new models (if not further production runs of older ones) because things are too expensive for them currently. Edit: Their Saltwater Crocodile never entered production as far as one can tell, based on info from their last FB post from 2019 regarding it. They haven't posted anything since March 2020 either as far as I can tell.

Edit: Added some retailers I'm aware of that carry Southlands Replicas products. Might be able to do some more digging to find more out there (edit: adding them as I find them, so keep checking). I know Minizoo, and I think Dejankins ships internationally. Not sure about the other two though.

This German site still has the Diprotodon and many other extant animals: https://modellpferdeversand.de/Southlands-Replicas_2

This German site still has the Diprotodon and Thylacine in stock: https://www.spielzeug-guenstig.de/Southlands-Australian-Wildlife.html#Start

There is another German site that carried Southlands but only two models (none of the extinct animals): that appear to still be in stock: https://www.spielfigurenportal.de/Game-Figuren/Southlands-Replicas-pawns

Dejankins (US) still has the Diprotodon and a Thylacine (broken leg) in stock: https://www.dejankins.com/southlands17

This Netherlands site still has the Diprotodon and many extant animals in stock: https://www.diermodel.nl/en_GB/c-4859876/southlands-replicas/?sort_order=ascending&sort_method=by_relevance

Minizoo (Australia) still has the Diprotodon and other extant animals in stock: https://www.minizoo.com.au/southlands-replicas/australian-animals/

This Italian(?) website carries many of the extant animals in stock: https://www.animalfigures.it/product-category/wild-life/?filter_brand=southlands-replicas

This Polish(?) website only has the horses in stock still: https://monocerus.pl/88-southlands-replicas

Another Polish(?) website that has some extant animals in stock(?): https://rozowawieza.pl/product-category/figurki/

I saw that this site claims to have the Thylacoleo in stock, but I'd be very wary about ordering from this site. There isn't much information on where it is located that I can find. Don't want you or anyone else to be scammed. I'm only adding it as a warning to stay away from it (or do more research on it first), before jumping the gun (putting it in a spoiler tag too just so this doesn't get traction in search engines).

Edit: Definitely a fake site as there are many clones that I soon stumbled upon browsing through the search results. Honestly google results have sucked so far, and have only pulled up most of these fake scam sites. Eocasia has been where I found most of the legit ones (which is based on Bing's search engine I believe). All in the spoiler tag below (in case it isn't clear, stay away from them):
