Carnoking

If it can achieve the rearing pose, I may be tempted.

Pliosaurking

Unfortunately I haven't got any of their sauropods yet, so this if I can get my hands on it will be an instant purchase!

I feel like the blueish theropod from the danger pack is probably some kind of Allosaur, because it has two of those large ridges on its head.

Some guy in a discord server datamined the app, and he found Piatnitzkysaurus in the files, so I wont be surprise if its that. Mattel usually choose really obscure genus.

Faelrin

So this isn't exactly Mattel, or Jurassic World even, but I saw this and thought, hey next best thing to a JP bunker right? Same scale.

BBTS gives an estimate date of June 2023, so quite a bit of time away from now. Gives enough time to see if Mattel does anything similar, or any other JP styled playsets for next year (which considering the big 30, is a prime time to do it).

...those crazy sons of bitches actually did it.

What do we think this could be aside from articulation updates as mentioned? Will the scale be bigger? I have 4 Brachis at the moment (2 legacy and 2 Jurassic World) so unless this is drastically different and better than those releases I can't imagine picking it up. If it's in scale, I might get 1 just to match with the others and give away 1 of the Legacy collection to my nephews.

I personally doubt Mattel will do a new larger tooling, but if they do i may get it and use it as a Sauroposeidon.

CityRaptor

Given their track record with the Hammond Collection so far, it should be a complete new tooling.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Gwangi

The Mattel Brachiosaurus is already about 1/20 in scale so I doubt the HC one will be larger, but who knows! They made that enormous Dreadnoughtus so I wouldn't put it past them. I think what you can safely expect from an HC Brachiosaurus is better articulation (goes without saying) and a better paintjob. Whatever they do with it I really don't think I'll buy it. I have enough of these giant Mattel sauropods. Never say never though, if it's ever on clearance or half off I might be tempted.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Would be great if turned out to be the JP3 Male Brachio..which would need a totally new sculpt.

But based on how they barely changed their JW Anky sculpt to haphazardly fit it as the JP3 design... I doubt it.

there was a male brachiosaurus in JP3?  How was it different?

True but even the coloration would be nice.

Can we please get a proper look at the JP3 Raptor out of the box?! This picture doesn't quite do it!

Faelrin

Is it just me or did they make the raptors eye squinty? Didn't look that way in the promo pic. Could be the angle too though. Will have a better idea once there are in hand pics. I'd guess these would start showing up by next month or after.

Paint apps don't look too dissimilar from the promo pic either. Still eagerly anticipating this one.

Nice to see they actually gave Muldoon his shotgun.

It was annoying that the Amber Collection only had the zappy cattle prod thing, given how iconic the shotgun is to the character.

Gwangi

That Velociraptor isn't doing it for me. I really think the only way I'll buy another Mattel raptor is if they do a Lost World one, depending on how it turns out. Definitely going to get Ray and Rob though.
