Original, for reference. I really liked the head sculpt on it, but some other stuff could be improved.

So I decided to fix it up. I bent the legs using hot tap water to give it a horizontal posture. Then I gave some much needed bulk to the tail, legs, feet and neck. Smoothed up the silhouette with some extra skin folds under the knee, and in front of the thigh. I also wanted to give it lips and added a little turft of feathers behind the head. For the colours I was inspired by WWD, using a very dark brown (it is brown), with some lighter countershading and tail stripes, with a red tail and red patterning on the face. It can stand on its own, but the feet will bend too much after a while. I gave it a stand that came with my PNSO Tylosaurus for balance.

I like the addition of the much needed bulk in the tail, especially.   The late Carnegie releases were excellent, but this one was the weakest and somewhat disappointing, because so much is always expected of a T-rex. Your's is the first effort that I've seen to improve on the sculpt. Bravo!
