Well, if you're showing off your order avatar_GojiraGuy1954 @GojiraGuy1954  then I might as well show off mine too! :D

Super impressed with all of these, especially the Columbian Mammoth.

Between the time when the oceans drank Atlantis and the rise of the sons of Aryas, there was an age undreamed of. And unto this, Conan, destined to wear the jeweled crown of Aquilonia upon a troubled brow. It is I, his chronicler, who alone can tell thee of his saga. Let me tell you of the days of high adventure!

Eofauna sure doesn't give away anything to anyone in the pachyderm department, does it?!

Ah, I see you concern yourself with such frivolities as "appealing lighting" and "a good camera"

I'm not sure which one of the new EoFauna releases is my favourite, but I do agree that the Colombian Mammoth is a very impressive figure

Oh yeah same for me. I expected it to be way smaller than it is, but i'm not complaining

When mine from Dejankins gets in, I"ll post some pics of it comparatively with the PNSO and Safari versions.

My Columbian Mammoth & American Mastodon arrived yesterday! They're amazing!

I'd love Eofauna to give us a Paraceratherium. We really lack a Paraceratherium in 1:35 scale with that high end manufacturing quality.

I was pleased that CollectA's 1/35 scale Paraceratherium was a big improvement over their previous 1/40 scale release, but agree that an Eofauna one would likely be the best. However, Eofauna, Cenozoic mammal-wise, seems committed to their focus on extinct elephantines, so I won't hold my breath for a Para, though no harm in hoping.

Really hoping for something basal next. Moeritherium maybe

A real definitive Woolly Mammoth would also be nice imo. For being such a famous animal the options for it are kinda lacking

After the PBS Eons Mammoth campaign left me longing, absolutely. Always hoped to see basal proboscideans from Eofauna, mildly surprised we haven't gotten any yet since the line started 8 years ago.

Is the material used for these (Ankylosaurus in particular) the same as that used for the excellent triceratops? I think Eofauna models are fantastic but I wonder if they would benefit from using a harder PVC to achieve a crisper surface texture, or is this a sort of a placebo effect?
For example the Atlasaurus is cast in a harder material and seems more 'in focus' detail wise than their Diplodocus.  :o

Not sure, but I have the Ankylosaurus, and it seems to be a very rigid PVC, and the detail is superb. It is in contention for my favorite PVC dinosaur figure ever!

I've had my usual chatty email correspondence with them this week, so I'm sure all is well at their end, S @SidB.

Quote from: Pliosaurking on March 04, 2025, 03:03:44 AMI want to wait for the Papo suchomimus but I'm starting to think I should just order what I wants to right now and when it comes in grab it.

I'm waiting too... I expected it to be in stock by now since it was almost a month ago they said 2-3 weeks they'd have it. I emailed asking if I could get one reserved or when they thought it would arrive but strangely they never answered me and they are usually quick to respond. So I don't know if I should order these or not yet.
I have one on reserve but I just asked and no word when it will be in. So I think I'm gonna order some figures, including that gorgeous ankylosaurus!
As a side note, I wonder if something is amiss at ED? During the last month, I've made two inquiries regarding PNSO items and twice received a promise of action, but nothing occurred , just dead air and no further response. That's never happened before.

I got mine off of Aliexpress, about a year ago. Certainly there seemed no other way to acquire it.

Was thinking the same the other day. A Moeritherium two pack would be amazing.

Nvm, scrolled through and found it. Wild Past Protoceratops

Basal elephantiform proboscidians would be great. You can imagine how pleased I was to get this Phiomia (from Mike Eischen, Paleo Sculpture) -
