Thanks!
neck: step 2+3

Unfortunately I forgot to make a cut for a hard border (upper side) in advance for the next step (side). So I need to rebuild the boundary.

cheers

You are an authentic artist. This giraffatitan looks magnificent even if it is only a project that has been unfinished so far. It looks very good, I congratulate you.

Jose S.M.

You are really talented and skilled. The level of detail in your sculpts is stunning.

>The level of detail in your sculpts is stunning.
The level of detail is caused by my own skin, from which I took thin silicon molds. And this molds are pressed to the fresh miliput. :-)

Genius solution! This is looking absolutely amazing ^-^

Wow, I am seeing these pieces for the very first time. I love the really big boys, so I'm very interested in the Giraffatitan. I am really hoping this will be completed in the near future and put up for order. I'm very interested in the Supersaurus as well.

This is disgusting!.. I mean... amazing!
Sobreviviendo a la extinción!!!

I know-fortunately I chose the back of hand and the instep of my foot for molding the wrinkles.  :))

Moinsen!

I've been on holiday and visited parents in law and thus I worked again on Giraffatitan. I needed to rebuild the neck, because of the sculpt-boundaries. Now it looks far more better:

Cool summer!

MIXVS MINIMAX

Just a small update.
Unfortunately I have recently discovered, that I misinterpret the drawing in case of the movement of the scapula while walking. Therefore I ripped off the front legs and will refit them like Elephant walking

at 0:12 / 0:18.

But I made some detail progress with the neck too. :-)

Update:

I rebuilt the front legs und the belly. As I refer to elephants, I did not paid much attention to muscles, because I want him in a good condition. Thats why I did not sculpt prominent muscles.
Next step are the feets.

PS: The hindleg broke off during transport. :-(

Shonisaurus

Nice prototype under construction, can't wait to see the finished figure.

MIXVS MINIMAX

Thanks. I will post soon new pics from the progress. Feets are done, legs are redetailed. Next steps are the attachment of the legs and rebuilding the scapula area.

Kapitaenosavrvs

I am looking forward to the Updates. Your Work is amazing. Working in such a small scale. You have my respect for that.

MIXVS MINIMAX

Here we go with the next update. I had been in hospital for 2 weeks, so I had enough time and silence for sculpting. I concentrated on the feet. I am satisfied with those at the frontlegs and partly with the hindlegs. After all I could mount 2 legs at the body again and while watching the elephant walk, I decided to shift the left hind leg a bit forward to get a better impression of Giraffatitan walking. But unfortunately I need to cut off material to match the aligment of the foot.

Beside I put the remaining milliput at Toujiangosaurus (rebuilt of Mr. Krentz Stegosaurus) and Psittacosaurus.

Stay healthy!

Shonisaurus

Great progress with your dinosaur prototypes is looking great on you. I wish I had the same talent as you when it comes to building dinosaur figures!

Halichoeres

That's quite a surgery on the Giraffatitan but it's coming along nicely. Wishing you good health.

Thats "all" about.
A new silicon skin texture stamp for dense, deeper and long wrinkles taken from the back of my hand by shifting the skin towards the knuckles.
