Is this a real animatronic figure from BBC Walking With Dinosaurs? I don't remember where it's from. Maybe Ballad of Big Al?

For any of the collectors out there, this may be a big deal:

Looks like it's from The Ballad of Big Al:

Can't find a shot of the animatronic specifically, though.

Hey so I was browsing Ebay and found some Battat plushie"s. Did anyone know about these? I didn't. I can't tell if they are fan made, or official. I'll try and give a link or post  some pictures later, but as of now there's a T.rex, stegosaurus, what I can only assume is a diplodocus, a Gallimimus, a triceratops, and a utahraptor. They have the original color schemes but some of the colors are a bit off. There 40 dollars and there's no Buyers as of now. There's only a day or so left. If your interested check it out. Sorry if some one already posted about this. I just saw it and decided to tell you guys about it.  :)

I can't believe it sold for 99p.

Edit - actually, I think they just removed the listing.

Thanks for the link but I have the original green one and will be sticking with that. Affordable is a relative term - I would not pay this much plus shipping myself for this figure.

I had also seen these stuffed animals, and they caught my attention. I think they must be original, obviously not from the Battat brand, but with the Science Museum's license, that would explain the color schemes similar to the figures made by Battat. In addition, some of the stuffed animals have a label that is somewhat deteriorated by time.

Here I found the publication still active:

What I do not understand that excludes in this bid to which we are coming for example from Spain. For me it is a pity since I would like to have participated in this bid. I'm interested in the first version of Battat's tyrannosaurus although I have one beautifully restored by Jetoar, but what are we going to do! maybe next time. :(

Postage costs unfortunately are horribly high from USA to Europe. Plus, one is never sure if and when a package arrives. In reverse, it has become horribly expensive to send even the smallest figure over the big pond. And I also made some sobering experiences with packages not arriving in trades.
If anything, I work with omnibus trades with people in the USA.
It used to be cheaper, one could send a little figures or even two or three midsized ones as a letter (which I did not know yet during my spreading of the Procynosuchus, which I sent as an expensive package.) Nowadays, letters may only contain documents, that is paper.

Beginning to list most of my prehistoric mammal and reptile collection on ebay, including the rare Bullyland mammoth calf.

I do not intend to bid for the mammoth breeding of Bullyland since with the money of the puja it helps me to buy all the dinosaurs that I need from Safari 2019 or the first four prehistoric animals of Collecta. I have spent a lot but honestly I am not a suicide to spend the money in my case for a used toy, no matter how holy a grail it is for me. I hope that someone from the forum seizes the opportunity if interested.
