I wasn't aware that Carnegie Collection figures were once packaged together as 'Ancient Adversaries' pairs: https://www.ebay.com/itm/176579070111

I wonder if there were others.

I didn't know they did that either, the packaging is fantastic!

Edit: the price isn't bad, if it wasn't the gift buying season I might have bought it.

Maybe some bidder will bring those Invictas across the pond - don't see many of them here in Canada for sale anymore.

Looks like a less common variant, too. The stripes are a lot more prominent on this one. It seems to be getting hard to find one without paint wear anymore. I was lucky to get a pristine one a few years ago.

Actually the seller noted that it was repainted. Would be good repaint material though for someone who wants a different color scheme.

That repaint could even be along the lines that Dan Lorusso had proposed for the re-release of the Diplodocus that had been projected at the time of his passing. One wouldn't want to repaint a perfectly sound classic Battat Diplo, but since this has already been repainted, then the door is open.

I was actually toying with the notion of buying this one, then I noticed the "May not ship to Canada". Lots of those lately. Now it's sold. Just as well, I suppose.

Some for the Walking with Dinosaurs completists.

I think this was from the arena show: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176352505624

These original series plush eggs are nice (I have the Leaellynasaura myself): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126809744515

A rare pristine ophthalmosaurus figure (from the late Anthony Beeson's collection): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/286155931326

Ooh, I maybe should have posted these in the UK Ebay thread.

crazy8wizard

That Leaellynasaura looks like it ate a bee, lol.

Also why are the Ophthlamosaurus so hard to find without chips or scuffs? Is the paint just that thin?

Although in this case it's eyeball lizard, and eyeballs and chips doesn't sound so appetizing.

Well, maybe not so much. Perhaps we won't be kick-starting our chain of eyeball and chips fast food stores after all. Disappointing that the market is not ready for it.

Not sure how rare these models are, can't seem to find any information on them. But I currently have a  Marolin Plaho Megatherium up for grabs on my eBay! Unfortunately it has a broken tail, hence the low starting price. Hope yall can check it out :)

avatar_EmperorDinobot @EmperorDinobot I think you were looking for one of these?
oh my gosh, yes. I'm dead broke, though. I need to come up with like $500 in 2 weeks or less. I'm putting it in my watch list, though, as it is in my priority list. Thank you for finding it for me.
