Yes, it is ^-^!

I would say it can't be removed from its base. At least I won't be the first to try.
If someone dares to do so, please let me know about the result :-\ ;D!

Beautiful figure! Where did you find the sculptor info? This series seems a bit hard to find information on.

It's written on the bottom of the base and on the backside of the package.

DinoLord

Huh, never realized how much info the box has. I'm still waiting for mine.

Jose S.M.

That's a beautiful Saurolophus! Looks good with the Favorite one. If I haven't ordered that one from Brett I would have ordered this one. Sadly my favorite Sauro it's stuck in customs  :(

^-^   Favorite Collection ~ Dinosaur Skeleton desktop model -  Stegosaurus
The label on the base says 1:20, but with a length of 50 cm it's more like 1:15.

                                                               .... next to Kaiyodo's 1:20 Dinoland model:

Wow! I like that Stegosaurus skeleton!

Killekor
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

  :)   Wild Safari  Diplodocus
(I really would like to know who that new sculptor is.)

It took them some years, but finally the renewed Safari sauropod trio is complete :)

Would love to see how the WS Brachiosaurus compare with the new Diplodocus, instead of the Carnegie version. Very nice angle you choose for the first shot, probably the best to picture this figure.

The WS Brachiosaurus is a wonderful figure. But for this trio it's just too small for my tastes.

:D  Wild Safari Deinocheirus (originally sculpted by Doug Watson)
Excellent figure! I'm not sure if I still need the CollectA version anymore.

Classic encounter with Shapeways Protoceratops (by Aaron Doyle & Noora Kivisilta):

... and that lovely Deinocheirus again ...

Simon

Doug Watson's Deinocheirus is definitely the best Deinocheirus out there.  The Collecta looks a bit cartoony, but Doug's looks like a real animal ...

Fenestra

I agree.
The flow of the "feathers" on the Deinocheirus body, and the way they are sculpted, makes it look very life like.

postsaurischian

 :) Thanks for the comments.
The Deinocheirus is indeed a little piece of art and I am very happy with almost all of the 2017 Wild Safari figures.
With a line-up like this Safari is clearly number one in the Western Dinosaur toy business again!
My only little complaints are:
- The sloppy painting of the theropods' teeth (please change that!)
- The figures should be more in the same scale. I know it's not possible for all species, but I wish at least that the sauropods would be
in scale to each other or the bigger theropods, ect. etc. ...
