The fruits of last weeks ebay rampage have started to come in.

Been after these for ages. May do some paint touchups for the Deltadromeus on the claws and face.

My collection! UPDATED 21.03.2020: Dungeons & Dinosaurs!

Dilopho

BBC Dinosaur magazine

I couldn't resist.... :)
I have some other ones from this magazine and I can't help but notice that the Kentrosaurus and Megalosaurus look just like the NHM Toyway ones.

Anyway, wanna see what else I got?

Wild Safari Mammoth baby

Aww! I love it! It's so small and cute, and my only mammoth figure, not counting the paninis as they are so small. (I count minis and figures differently.)
I love the detail and the cute little pose! He's reaching out for some food, or to hold his mother's tail! :3
ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Soooo cute....
But I get sad when thinking about how this little dumpling froze to death... (ಥ﹏ಥ)

Lots of different figures, including AAA

Wow! All of this for £5!
These AAA dinosaurs are from a later batch. I own the originals and these ones have awful paintjobs, no detail, no washes, are very rubbery and the paint is kinda...weird feeling. They are clearly from a time where AAA dipped in money. But I love them anyway. The colours on the Brachiosaurus and Styracosaurus are especially beautiful. And see, that's what I meant in my review, the horns on the frill are usually very long!

The big Brachiosaurus is from the WWD Arena Spectacular and would have cost £15 (A blatant ripoff) but it is poseable and very nice. I made a diorama shot with it in my diorama thread. My grandma loves it! She says it looks like a duck, haha!

Now the Stegosaurus....is very lightweight. Feels as light as a small Schleich model! And it is probably at least two foot long. Surprisingly enough these guys only cost  £3.50 at my local market but that was when JW was out and the dino-craze was in the UK again. Now there's only bad dinosaur models there. I don't know if you've seen them, but the type that it just two hollow plastic sides of a dinosaur pegged together, not even glued, and spray painted a single metallic colour. That's all I see now. Not even any Chinasaurs....or anything with at least two colours. It's kind of sad, really!

Notice the Neave Parker Megalosaurus! That and the Ankylosaurus are available from Everything Dinosaur, I believe.

I know the dinosaur head is. It was filled with twelve of the minis. Good quality minis! Not accurate but nice! I recommend it. It's on Everything Dinosaur for around £7, I think. In M&S, it's sold for £15! Yikes!

The rest of the minis are standard ones. But I like them! Some quite obscure species too, like Coelophysis. I never see that in figure form! There's also a stray Predasaur and a Chap Mei Tyrannosaurus. All in all....a really good bargain!

Killekor

I didn't see any predasaur.

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

I can see it. In the front and middle. I think it is one of those Micro ones. Enok if my memory serves me right.

I really need to get one of those AAA Styracos at one point.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

PNSO Triceratops - Nicely detailed figure, and seems to be heavily inspired by the Side Show Dinosauria Triceratops statue sculpted by Jorge Blanco.
The color apps are not as dull as the stock photos, but they are kind of sloppy, which is disappointing.

Got mine too today, its definitly worth the money. I love the head and the eyes, absolute awesome. Body pose could be a bit better but overall its a must have for me. ^^

Just picked up this nice JP lot, most of it will be more than double in my collection, but there's no such thing as too many plastic dinosaurs :

Not in the picture are about 20 human figures plus accessories.
And the books are in German...  8)

Roselaar

'Dino Park'? They couldn't come up with a more inspired German translation for Jurassic Park?

Good catch though!

CityRaptor

Well, most Germans probably associate Jura with lawyers rather than with Dinosaurs. And honestly, when the people making german titles get too creative, things get weird.

I just recently got another "haul", if you will, as yesterday was my birthday ( ;D) and I got quite a few new models! Again, I can't post pictures because my camera is kruddy. But any-who, here we go! I got

The CollectA T. Rex with Struthiomimus prey. Does the Struthiomimus typically not have eyes or good detailing on the face?

The CollectA Diabloceratops.

The CollectA miniature dinosaurs

The CollectA Quetzalcoatlus with Alamosaurus prey.

The Papo Allosaurus. He is by far, my favorite Theropod I own.

The Papo Brachiosaurus. He is by far, the biggest sauropod I own.

The Safari. Ltd Nasutoceratops. I named him Doug. He is amazing!

The Safari. Ltd Sauropelta.

And the Schleich Kentrosaurus. I wish all schleichs dinosaurs were this nice!

;D I'm quite proud of my additions! My next targets are the CollectA Guidraco and the Carnegie Albertosaurus
Is there an alternate universe in which dinosaurs collect figures of people?

Halichoeres

That's a pretty good birthday! Many happy returns!

Found this interesting Parasaurolophus at one of my Papo dealers. It's not what it looks like! At least, I think I know what you think, as I did on first sight. :)

PD: Damn it! I wanted to be the first one to say it! >:(

Roselaar

Schlapo it is. :)

For a second I thought it was a new Paposaur when I first saw it. For a bootleg, the detail is wonderful.

docronnie

Wonderful bootleg ... I have a few of them ...

Duplicates:

Kaiyodo Dinotales Series 1 dups
Keep The Magic Alive and Kicking! :-)

Lanthanotus

These look quite legit to me (as a non Kaiyodo specialist),... how do you tell them apart from "real" ones...? As I own several of these figures aswell - from several sources, one most trustfull, others,... well....one can't be sure, but some I got double and they look quite alike.
