I've been working on an update for my plesiosaur toys and replicas page:

http://www.plesiosauria.com/toys.php

I still need to add some figures, but the overall layout is a great improvement!

ZoPteryx

Very cool!

Just wondering, your Dinohorizons Kronosaurus looks an awful lot like the TEDCO Prehistoric Panorama Liopleurodon.  Are they copies of each other? ???

Brontozaurus

The Yowie 'Plesiosaurus' is actually a Woollungasaurus. Like a lot of prehistoric Yowies it was given a 'common' name; in this case it was named the 'Long-necked Plesiosaur'.

Also, the Plesiosaurus in the group pic with Ichthyosaurus and Tylosaurus is meant to be Elasmosaurus. I have that toy, and it has Elasmosaurus printed on the underside.

You are quite right about the little blue Elasmosaurus.
I could've sworn the Plesiosaurus Yowie was a separate figure from the Woolungasaurus Yowie, but you are absolutely correct. I was confusing it with the Mauisaurus figure, which I'm missing. I'm also missing the Leptocleidus.
I must update this, thanks for your corrections!

Perhaps I've got them muddled up...

I seem to remember that Tedco also used the "Dinohorizon" name, as well as "Prehistoric Panorama". The model I have which was marketed under the latter series is referred to as Liopleurodon. Just to confuse things further, I believe that the Tedcos are also known as "COGs" too.

No, here's how it works--COG Ltd is a company that made the Dino Horizons line.  At some point, they made the super awesome but doomed Prehistoric Panorama series.  Tedco Toys is a North American distributor of COG Ltd. products, in particular the Dino Horizons line, but also Prehistoric Panorama.

Just as right now they are the distributor for FameMaster, which produces 4D puzzles.

It can get very convoluted between distributor, manufacturer and lines therein (try to figure out the Schleic/ELC/Bullyland/Safari/Plastoy connections sometime!).

Well, it's little wonder we get confused!
So, onto the figure in question, which line is it from? DinoHorizons or Prehistoric Panorama?:

That's a Prehistoric Panorama. There is no Dino Horizons figures like that.

Thanks for clearing that up Sbell, always thought it was some kind of
manufacturer's multiple ID (for tax purposes?).

Just to be sure though, it is supposed to be Liopleurodon right, and not Kronosaurus?

Yes it is certainly a liopleurodon.   :)

Well, while we're at it:

Including some pliosaurs and other sauropterygians.

Libraraptor, would you be kind enough to identify white bellied fellow in your photo next to the Carnegie Elasmosaurus and directly behind the CollectA Hydrotherosaurus?

That white bellied fellow is one of those 3D puzzles by FameMaster.

CityRaptor

Wow! Looks pretty seemless compared to their older Puzzles.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Wow! Looks pretty seemless compared to their older Puzzles.

The best part is, there are two versions, and they come with a coelacanth for dinner!

The orange one is the original:

And the newer blue version:

Jetoar

One of my treasures even my precious  ^-^.

[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Thanks, Gwangi and SBell! I thought it looked good before, but now that I know it comes with a fish, I don't have much choice but to pick it up.

I think it's my second-smallest coelacanth. Not sure what species though--it has to be Cretaceous, so it shouldn't be Latimeria
