Some of you DTF veterans out there may remember my old wooden shelf display system. Unfortunately my collection went past that system's carrying capacity years ago, so I have no whole collection photos worth displaying. Instead, I will post some pictures of some of my favorite and more unique pieces, and maybe have some display section pictures as well.

Kinto Desktop Spinosaurus:

Sadly he's not too accurate anymore, but still a very nice figure.

Battat Maiasaura resin master:

I love how well the detail shows on this one.

Animatales Kitadaniryu (white and black variant):

Probably one of my favorite feathered maniraptoran sculpts. I hope to eventually get the other 3 color variants.

That's all for now. Time for me to take some new photos so I don't have to keep recycling old ones.

Roselaar

Very good! Hope to see the rest up soon. :)

Gwangi

Likewise, I know you have an extensive collection and would love to see it.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

Here's on of my favorites that I don't think I have really shown before:

Papo Spinosaurus repainted by copper a few years ago. Call me odd but I still wish that Papo would put out more JP imitation figures - with some repainting they become much better JP figures than any officially released JP merchandise.

DinoLord

Got a huge bunch of Japanese figures in today. It was mostly standard issues Dinotales, but I did get some special goodies in.

Sega T. rex reissue:

Kaiyodo Dinotales 2002 Expo Set of 5:

Huge thanks to member brettnj for helping me get these figures.

docronnie

After years of searching...

Now only have two left to go...

sauroid

you have an awesome collection. keep posting pics please.
"you know you have a lot of prehistoric figures if you have at least twenty items per page of the prehistoric/dinosaur section on ebay." - anon.

DinoLord

Got this one in today. Even came with the original instructions and Horizon mailing card! Can't wait to have this one built up.

I really need more high-end JP stuff - nothing like the feeling of getting something that oozes nostalgia!

tyrantqueen

Why does it say "Brachiosaur" and then "Brontosaurus" directly underneath it? ???

Roselaar

Aah, the Horizon Brachiosaurus kit... Fantastic model! :)

Probably so more people would go like "oh, it's a dinosaur I know!" "Brontosaurus" is quite famous, more so than Brachiosaurus.

At least, that was the case in 1993, hah.

Pinkamena

Slowly running out of room...one toy at a time!

I think that red T-rex is from cartoon Dinosaur king

DinoLord

Yeah it's a reissue of a Sega Dinosaur King model released some years ago. It's a great sculpt - I'm currently having one repainted by Martin.

triceratops83

What two Battats do you have left to get?
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

Diplodocus and Acrocanthosaurus

Honestly at this point I'll probably end up picking up the reissues of those and having them repainted to look like the originals.
