I saw clips of this and see its on dvd. Has many pre Dino's in it. Which is a YAY for me. :D what do you think about it?
Walking With Monsers:
[about Lystrosaurus] Astonishingly, their vast herds make up more than half of all life on Earth. Never again will a single species do so well.

Walking With Monsters: (Hynerpeton) To avoid injury the males demonstrate their strength  in a strange  push up contest.

DinoLord

I remember watching this series a few years ago. Overall it's pretty good, though some of its dinosaur depictions are a tad wacky (Troodon hunting Edmontosaurus anyone?).

Not worried about the tackyness. Just glad to see a dvd that shows predinos! :)

You may also be interested in the Prehistoric New York City from five years ago. Haven't watched it since it came out but I remember it being at least pretty decent.

Yeah, they did a whole series on the prehistory of different cities. Came out around the same time Animal Armageddon did.

I quite enjoyed "Prehistoric New York City" and the rest of the series as well. I remember a bit about mastodons and honey locus trees and how the trees had evolved to use mastodons as a seed dispersal system.

Interesting stuff to read about.

The series about the cities is on Netflix, or it was when I watched it anyway.

It was a fun romp--better than some shows, worse than others.
