Quote from: CharlieNovember on February 18, 2025, 11:10:26 AMI am taking the liberty of reopening this thread.
Has anyone already bought figures through Dinostore or Dinosaur4less on Ebay ?
I've also noticed that most of the sellers abovementioned are now either inactive or don't provide shipment to Europe.

This thread is very long in the tooth.

Yeah, I could do with overhauling the first post, or at least updating it with new active sellers, like https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/anthonys_collections
That would be great !
Many thanks in advance for any update you might provide, it would be much appreciated  ^-^

None of these links seem to work for me. Have they all gone offline, or am I just doing something wrong?  :*D

They're working for me, but if you're outside the US they might not for you. You might just replace the "ebay.com" bit with the "ebay.__" that is appropriate for your country.

Ah, thanks, but that still doesn't work. I have found Bretts store via another thread, so at least some of them should definitely be available in this country too...  :*D

For me in France it's working.

I haven't changed the others yet. But I know what to do now.

I've updated the first post to make sure the links work, removed defunct sellers, and added some new ones. If anyone has some other recommendations, including your own seller accounts if you sell regularly and someone can vouch for you, suggest away!

Quote from: Fembrogon on June 07, 2021, 03:32:09 PMI'd like to recommend guitarscot41; I just got my little Sinclair Ankylosaurus from them, quickly shipped and securely packaged. They've got a bunch of other vintage collectibles for those hunting (as long as you don't expect them to be dirt-cheap).

I can add this seller ( now called MyToyFinds4You) to the list (very late, I know), but it currently says "This store has no inventory available in your location". Is this just because I'm in the UK, or is it because they store is empty for all?

Primeval12

DeMarxio is one of my favorites. He cut me some good deals in the past.

I'm seeing several pages of results when I visit the shop, so it might be a regional limitation.

Sometimes eBay auto-sets its search results to "Within 100 miles" or some such thing. I change my settings to "Worldwide" if I'm looking for something international.

Nothing for me either. It's not a search issue, they seem to refuse to ship outside of the USA.

Just bought something from Kobe_One Store 8)
They provide a lof of Japanese cool stuff at reasonable prices.

brettnj

Hey.

I always recommend no one here buy from my eBay shop.
https://www.ebay.com/str/japaneseanimaldinosaurfigures?_trksid=p4429486.m3561.l170197

Contact me directly and I'll deduct 10% and apply a commensurate amount of the eBay price allotted to US shipping to shipping to your country.

Thanks.
Brett

brettnj

I should also have mentioned that when I list items, I virtually always beat the lowest price currently on the site at least, in tems of shipping, for US buyers. Of course I can't be sure it stays that way so if anyone is interested in anything from Japan, I'd suggest asking me if my price isn't the lowest and asking me if you want something you don't see on my page.

I'd also recommend asking for whatever combination of Dinotales (for instance, so I can site a shipping cost) you'd want, with me deducting $4 per individual listing that would have been allotted for US shipping and charging actual shipping for the lot.

Basically, I pretty much do anything I can to be sure to be the best source for the Japanese figures I offer, whether regarding items in my inventory via eBay or not for US customers and, if not the case for international buyers, making it so by having my source in Japan obtain and ship directly.

I'd ask anyone looking elsewhere to ask me/give me the opportunity to do better.

I just listed the Dawn of the Dinosaurs loose large, boxed large, and loose mini Frenguellisaurus and the regular Yujin Miracle Planet set with one secret skull, among other items.

And I pretty much almost always have almost every Dinotales figure available.

Thanks.
Brett
