I'm not sure how to do this. I have a LOT of figures I need to shift but I don't want to get in over my head. I know I said I was going to wait until the New Year but now's a good a time as any.

I'll start off small and list a couple at a time.

AAA monitor lizard $6

Bootleg monitor lizard $6 (I bought it a long time ago and didn't know it was a fake) Possibly claimed for now

Squeaky lizard $3

A sample of of the squeaking can be heard here:

I'm in the UK and accept PayPal only. I can ship worldwide but bear in mind since some of these are large the shipping for them may be costly. These are 2nd and some even 3rd hand so they may possess scuffs and paint rubs, but nothing major.

Send me a PM if you see something you're interested in.  I will be listing lizards, turtles, amphibians, and maybe even a few avians over the coming weeks.

I have another AAA baby gecko, although this one is a little more worn and doesn't have a tag. $1

IT'S IGUANA TIME >:D

Safari Incredible Creatures iguanas. Big one is $7. The large iguana has been claimed for now, but the small is still available for $3.

AAA subadult iguana $7

AAA baby iguana $1

Note- I live with a dog but he was only posing for the photo. Most of the time the figures are packed away upstairs so he can't get to them. So they're chew free. And I don't smoke.

stargatedalek

What are the dimensions of the largest Incredible Creatures iguana?

tyrantqueen

It's 28 inches with the tail stretched out.

Incredible Creatures Amazon tree boa (tagged) $5

AAA cobra $5

AAA rattlesnake $5

And more ::)

AAA juvenile peach throat monitor $5 possibly claimed for now

AAA chinese water dragon $5 SOLD

AAA asian rock agama $4

OMG, I would have loved to have bought all of those AAA reptiles. I already have a few myself but I just have to keep repeating... "You don't collect extant animals, you don't collect extant animals, you don't collect extant animals!" Besides, with 11 actual lizards and 6 snakes (among other things) I don't think I need the rubber ones too do I? But it's great to see so many of those AAA toys! I didn't realize they made so many.

Thank you Gwangi. When you have the real animal, nothing can really compare (although these were cast from dead specimens).

AAA lined tail gecko $2. There is a little damage to the eye and one of the toes but it's otherwise fine. possibly claimed for now

AAA fat tailed gecko $3

AAA solomon island prehensile tailed skink $5

AAA golden tegu (tagged) $6 possibly claimed for now

AAA parson's chameleon $4 possibly claimed for now

Still more on the way :-[

When I have finished uploading everything, if there is anything that does not sell, my dad is going to sell them on his eBay account. So if you see something you like, you can save yourself the trouble of eBay bidding wars by claiming something now.

Well the thing with real animals is they require a bit more in the maintenance department than fake ones do. Having a collection of animals you don't take care of certainly has an appeal. But the AAA reptiles are really unique because as you said, they're cast from actual specimens. That has always appealed to me, what with being a collector of taxidermy as well.

I've never had the pleasure of owning taxidermy, but this is definitely the case for myself also.

I've put so many on reserve, if there were any of them in particular you were interested in Gwangi I don't mind ;)

Thanks for the offer Stargate. I'm very casual about taxidermy collecting as so much of it is really expensive. Basically I just visit a few antique shops around town and see what they have. I only tend to buy a few pieces a year. On my last trip out I had to turn down a boar head which was very upsetting but I did end up with a Jenny Haniver instead so I'm excited about finding that! But I haven't bought any online yet, though I'm always browsing eBay.

Sorry TQ if I'm hijacking your thread. We can take this discussion elsewhere if you like!

Stargatedalek, since you've made me so many offers, would you like the bootleg monitor (from my first post) free of charge? I'll throw him in if you like. He needs a home :)

Where do you get all these AAAs from?
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

Some from eBay. But most of them came from www.veghead.com. I'm in the UK, but they don't ship internationally, so I had some help from Seijun where she would ship them to me if I covered the postage.

triceratops83

Thanks! For such a well known brand, they don't turn up in many places.

That's so nice of you to offer the monitor! I'll gladly take it! :D
