The Triceratops looks like a living battle tank and the Tyrannosaurus rex is downright chilling with its grey colours, beady eyes, and feebly struggling victim. The Spinosaurus meanwhile has gained the ability to travel time and dine on futuristic fish. Perhaps next it will journey to the Eocene and take on a mammoth.

Yes, as our dinosaur experts point out, the Xiphactinus in a lacustrine or riverine environment is extremely unusual, as far as the known fossil record goes, these fish were entirely marine and highly nektonic with no likely need to venture close to shore or into fresh water.
