Well, there goes another diorama I can't use in the contest  ;D

New diorama video inspired by Charles R Knight's "Leaping Laelaps painting". This video is in 1080p so don't let it get away with displaying blurry lol.

Brilliant! I especially love the detail of the frame breaking where the dinosaur's back hit the ground.

Nice work,... it looks so easy handed when you paint those figures and the results are so good :D

Great work, I love the Shantungosaurus, the proto is really really good for something so tiny!

This looks a million times better than what Mattel will eventually give us, bravo!

That looks awesome.  What type of brush are you using for the scoring and smoothing the putty?  I'm surprised that paint stuck so well without a primer.  I learned so much today from your vid.

I have to say I was mesmerized that your apoxie sculpt sculpted so well with that brush.  Is that a sculpting tool? Would also like to know what that is. Also love how you made your scale tool from sculpy, I gotta do that. Learned alot from your video.  Once the trike goes on clearance I'll pick one up an give it a go.

Thanks. I'm using silicone tip tools, eBay sells them from China, just a couple dollars for a set. A primer would be preferable but I don't have an acrylic primer right now.

Thanks, it's Magic Sculpt Epoxy. Yes that is a rubber tip Sculpting tool, eBay sells them from China, it's only a couple dollars for a pack. The reason I did this video was because the trike was on sale at Walmart haha

Finally got around to finish editing  :)). A couple things went wrong with the resin so there's room for improvement  :))

Thanks for sharing, Kayakasaurus. Great execution even with that unfortunate layering in the body of water. Casting big water bodies is a real pain and source for many failures or mistakes unfortunately. I like the attention to detail, especially with that water sculpturing, flowing from the surfacing heads and so :)
