Anyone with access to Nova Scotia, Canada? Or know someone who does?

This is a huge long-shot.
I am after an item in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia (Canada). The seller will not ship anywhere, not even within Canada. They will only accepts cash on pickup 
Maybe someone here visits Nova Scotia, or has a friend or relative there, who could pick this item up for me and arrange to have it shipped to the USA. I will provide shipping material and pay all associated costs, plus extra.

I am putting this in the classifieds since I would like to consider it a request to hire someone for a paid service, but mods: please move it to community if you feel that's a more appropriate place.
