Looks like a neat service, getting a quote can't hurt. There are unofficial Lego stores all around the states that resell, as well as adds on Craigslist looking for Legos, they make a killing at BrickCon. If you have lots of minifigures, you can sell them as a lot on Craigslist, but maybe that site likes the figs too. I'd love to see your Dino's  :)

I find it funny that a perpetual pessimist would be in the stereotypical "girl on car hood" photo shoot. And that's the logic behind this picture.

Man people can bash and berate the Clone Wars Lego line, but they can't deny that it gave us one of the best characters from the show.

It's not the most accurate version of the Destroyer Droid, but I think its kind of "cute" with its big red eye.

Its a Snowtrooper, nothing more.

Just put together Rey's Speeder last night. Pretty pleased with it even if it is a little small.

suspsy

I really wish I'd gotten Rey's speeder when I had the chance. Didn't realize that she would turn out to be so awesome in the movie (although I should have!).

Dunno where you are located, but this model is still available here and most likely will be for another 2 years or more if it follows the usual production time. Despite it's horrid price/piece ratio which seems now to be more common than ever for SW sets, it's a fine model with a nice minifig. However there were some models (like the AT AT, Star Destroyer and Grievous Wheel Bike and some more) released in mid 2014 that silently ran out of production just this autumn. They had the shortest production time of any regular set I know, but probably had to make room for the models of the new movie.

It's sold out at Toys R Us and seemingly all the other toy stores in my city. Although I suppose I could always check Walmart. :p

My sister just got one from Wallmart today lol  :). I would have to recommend it. I do think for 20 dollars it should include BB-8 since that is what the other figure is trying to steal. It was at the beginning of the aisle opposite the other Star Wars sets.

Avenjet assembled! This is a sweet aircraft! And woohoo, finally a Captain Marvel minifigure!

Thanos vs Hulk. Who will win?

Suspy I had to order mine from lego.com because it was sold out EVERYWHERE around here. It was even sold out on lego.com and I had to wait for it to restock before it shipped. Well worth it, but the lack of BB-8 hurts.

Oh you lucky americans,... I just checked, that's even the regular lego.com price in your country..... the set costs 26.99 € here regularly, 29 bucks that is. For bigger sets as the now retired SSD it would also have been a slight bit cheaper to buy it from US and ship it here (though I did not calculate any possible customs).

Well, maybe I find some time next weekend to post some of my collection (all stored in the attic as space is precious down here :D)

suspsy

Here's the Avenjet alongside the Justice League Javelin. The Javelin is sleeker, larger, and carries more minifigures; the Avenjet is better-armed and separates into two ships.

And here's Thanos confronting Darkseid.

For those of you who are into such things, Minifigure Series 15 began popping up in stores this week. I'm pretty stoked about most of the options, and especially can't wait to grab a Shark Suit Guy and Animal Control Specialist. Picked up the Tribal Woman and Faun today. My thought process every time I'm in Target will now be: "Well, Target STILL doesn't have the new Battats, so a minifigure for the shelf'll have to do."

when is the new lego jurassic world coming out???

Probably not until the next movie comes out. Lego just announced the rest of their 2016 sets, and as far as I can see jurassic world wasn't among them. It's unlikely that they'd make new sets in 2017 for a movie that came out mid-2015. I'm bummed. Was hoping for a set with the Triceratops or maybe a "battle-pack" with a few Coelophysis.

I used to collect the ones I was interested in, but after the price change to $4 a piece, I don't think I'll be getting many more. This new season does look good though. I wonder if the faun is a precursor to Lego Narnia. The faun is obviously modeled after Mr. Tumnus. there is a "silver chair" movie planned on being filmed which means Lego might do sets for the other films, and new molds have been appearing in blind bags before in sets. Just a thought

Shuvuuia

Holy cow man. Bionicles were never my style, but I always liked taking them apart to make my own stuff.
