Metriacanthosaurus? I don't mean cheap Chinasaurs, but actual decent brands.

The closest you'll get so far is that the Metriacanthosaurus vial in Jurassic Park probably referred to Yangchuanosaurus (it was originally described as a species of Metriacanthosaurus) and there are a couple good ones of that (the old Safari Dinos of China, the current Colorata figure).

From what I can find, there isn't much to go on with the actual genus--mostly vertebrae and leg bones.

For some odd reason there is a chinasaur Dimetrodon out there with the name Metriacanthosaurus stamped on it.

SBell - didn't know about the Metria/Yang relation, thanks.

Gwangi - yeah I guess that sort of thing isn't a surprise when it comes to Chinasaurs, haha.
