a beginning of a new sculpture. this time on one of my most favorite dromaeosaurid species. the utahraptor scale is around 1:20 and this is not only the beginning of a sculpture i did since months, but its also the first time i'm working with super sculpty firm. so it's going to be quite a learning experience.

heres the beginning of the body. the overall look win finished would be a fully feathered body with pennaceous feathers of multiple sizes starting from the back of the neck to the tip of the tail.

Looking good so far. I can't wait to see your take - always love different peoples' interpretations of Dromaeosauridae, and Utahraptor is one of my favourites.

Detail of the feathers is really good  ^-^.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?
