Still waiting for my Triceratops to arrive from Amazon.co.uk. It shipped a few weeks ago but still nothing. I received my other PNSO items from Amazon.com in this amount of time back in Sept-Oct. I hope there isn't a problem.

Chris

My Triceratops arrived this morning, safe and sound.  I'm pleased with it!

... I'm still waiting for mine...  ::)

I ordered on 7th, so just over a fortnight to get here.  It came straight through for once, without customs delays.

Dobber

Still waiting for mine.  :(

Glad you got yours, though. Were are you located?

What would you guys consider to be a "good price" for the Triceratops? And how big are these?

The amazon.co.uk lists the measurements - 16.1 x 4.9 x 7.3 in. Their list price is £49.99, including postage (it's bulky but very light) - but there is a £10 promotion voucher currently available to bring that down.  However, you need to remember that it's possible the parcel might attract a customs charge before  you get it.

how can i phrase this.
everything is so unexpected.
scale? sure the leaked info has proven to be inaccurate.
price? Taobao has it at $31
T-rex? never heard a single word of it since then.

Where did you see this for $31? I looked at a site called Taobao Focus and I could not find a single PNSO Triceratops (although they had several other PNSO figures).

Oops! I think I just went and ordered a Chungkingosaurus! Oh boy!

Just ordered my PNSO Triceratops from Amazon.co.uk

I was amazed that they will deliver to the USA (because on many items they don't deliver outside the UK), but it will probably ship from China anyways - it will look gorgeous standing vis-a-vis the Chunkingosaurus.

I am really digging these PNSO beauties - despite their varied scales, they are a must ...

I don't know if I should be laughing or crying but PNSO sold me an unpainted Triceratops prototype (?)  :)) :'(
It's like purchasing a model kit, except that I wasn't planning on buying an unpainted kit. Nothing is painted, not even the eyes or horns!

They owe you a painted product, and I suggest you pursue a complaint.  If they have any customer service sense thay will send you a painted one AND let you keep the unpainted model ...

unpainted Trike? that is awesome/that sucks. (depending on how you view it. :D )

Are they ever going to be back on the Amazon US website?

If they normally are painted, and this one is not, you may just have a real gem there....

I would contact customer service as soon as possible and tell them what happened. Sometimes they will just let you keep the product and either send a new one or give you a refund. Theres a small chance they will have you return it, but more than likely not.
I'm seeking Orsenigo and other interesting vintage dinosaurs. Contact me if you can help with my search!

Mine finally arrived yesterday, gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with the paint on it.  :( mine looks very little like what others got, my main issues are the white wash effect on the body/grey areas is WAY overdone and mine also has very poorly done black stripes and markings on the frill and head, that I haven't seen on any other, not just around the eyes like what has been shown. Pretty disappointed with this one. :-[

Thanks everyone for all the advice.

I kind of don't want to return it. LOL.

I will see if I can post pictures.

How do I even go about making a formal complaint? PNSO Facebook page or Amazon UK...who do I contact?

I've had good and quick responses contacting PNSO for information (not a complaint) via both Facebook and Amazon.

I'm willing to bet you'd find someone here willing to purchase it from you :)

So is PNSO going to be announcing 2017 releases anytime soon?
