I think that stegosaur is likely Huayangosaurus too.  As mentioned by EarthboundEiniosaurus, it also has the distinctive little "tail club knob" at the end of its tail.

Silvanusaurus

Looks like I'd better start preparing for the amputation procedure of my remaining limbs...

Who is leaking all those prototypes and packshots? It seems just weird to me.

Hynerpeton

Walking With Monsers:
[about Lystrosaurus] Astonishingly, their vast herds make up more than half of all life on Earth. Never again will a single species do so well.

Walking With Monsters: (Hynerpeton) To avoid injury the males demonstrate their strength  in a strange  push up contest.

I got my first PNSO figure yesterday: the big Shantungosaurus (thanks dejankins!).

It's a splendid figure in size and sculpt - buuuuut it has severe balancing issues, due to its limbs being misaligned:

I tried the hot water treatment, but that didn't seem to have much effect. Maybe I need to try again, or maybe I did it wrong the first time...? I want to love this toy, but I'll get frustrated if it can't stand on its own.

Still, I'm impressed overall. PNSO officially keeps my attention now.

Halichoeres

That's a bummer, mine stands on three legs. I imagine that the hot water treatment will be more difficult because it's hollow.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Mine also suffers from stability issues due to warping.  However, I have a small rock (fossiliferous!) under the raised front leg and that support is sufficient to keep the beast standing happily on three legs - but maybe the warping on yours is too great for this quick fix.

I gave it another hot water treatment last night - focusing on the back left foot and pressing it into pose - and that time it helped; however I had to do it again tonight. This might be a long process, if a successful one at all.
(My Carnegie Giga is finally standing on its own again, though - yaaay!)

By the way, the Shantungosaurus still needs a review for the site, doesn't it? I haven't done a review before, but I'd be up for trying it if no one else has claimed it.

Are PSNO dinos gone from all Amazon stores?

ceratopsian

Yes, as far as I am aware.  They told me a while back that they hoped to be back by the end of the year - but frankly, I'm not holding my breath.  Our own member, acro-man, can get hold of items from China and is very reliable.  I think Monsterhouse HK is another option.

Dino Scream3232

Just received the Chungkingosaurus. I'm really impressed with the size of this model. Got mine of eBay. Payed a lot for shipping. But still worth it. My first pnso and I can't wait to get more.

ceratopsian

Thank you - it's an interesting article.

I don't know if it will affect anyone else - I had to watch it in Chrome rather than Internet Explorer, as it kept freezing with the latter but was absolutely fine in Chrome.

Takama

Sadr news, the only North Amreican source of the Large Vynal models may not replenish there stock.

QuoteIt is frustrating, but the last five emails sent to PNSO have remained unanswered by them.  I don't know what the issue is, but emails have been sent to all PNSO email addresses that DeJankins has, but no response from any of them.  The last email received from PNSO was in mid-January.  As things stand now, there will be no replenishments of the PNSO large vinyl figures.  We're sorry for this bump in the PNSO road.  It is a shame.

ceratopsian

I've had contact with PNSO this year via messaging on Facebook.  They give an e-mail in their "About" Facebook section too - though it's not one I've tried myself!

RobinGoodfellow

I've had problems too about contacting PNSO after they disappeared from Amazon.
I'm thinking that PNSO doesn't care about European or USA market at all...
Probably selling in China it's enough for PNSO.

Unveiling of Zhao Chuang's sculpts

Could it be possible that the theropod of the first image is a Giganotosaurus? I would appreciate some clarification please, and if you have any news about the release date.
