I wonder if any of this is foreshadowing?  ;)

I haven't even tracked down a single 2016 model. But I will track down this tube somehow! That is fantastic.

terrorchicken

wow this is a must have for me! I love how varied the choices are. Im surprised there's no shark or mosasaur species though.

Im hoping for a prehistoric mammals tube to get released eventually.

Megalosaurus

Holy cow! Yes, I'll have to get these. I do hope there are big versions of Leedsichthys and Xiphactinus in the offing, but I'm happy to have any versions at all!

Also, that's a lot of ammonoids!

that is an awesome prehistoric sea life toob!

I just picked up the Safari Prehistoric Sea Life Toob about a month ago.

This looks to be even better. Very exciting!

Also, considering picking up a few more PNSO minis in the future, including that turtle type thing.

The final 2 have been revealed, and apparently "the best" is the Prehistoric Marine Life Toob, because they said that its for collectors to have "accessory animals" for dioramas.

Deluxe/Supreme Dimorphodon with articulated jaw.

Deluxe Uintatherium

I really don't like the paint work on the Dimorphodon (the Rebor one is way better..).
But I've been waiting for a decent Uintatherium for years and this one is great.
Cool !  8)

Here is the part 4 (of 4) of the rundown of the new for 2017 CollectA prehistoric animal models.  The last three are a Deluxe Uintatherium, a large Dimorphodon model with articulated jaws and finally a fantastic set of 12 mini prehistoric animal models.

Wow! What an amazing last reveals!
Surely one of the best and most exciting set. Finally an awesome Uintaterium, I was really hoping they would do one!
That suprem dimorphodon is simply amazing!
No theropods this year, now that is truly something you don't see happen ever!
Sad to see that no sauropods this year, but overall a very strong and exciting set of new figures from CollectA!

Blade-of-the-Moon

That Dimorphodon is awesome and HUGE.  Color is pretty plain, no real shading, but I can repaint it.   I'll be anxiously awaiting this release, I'll get at least 3 of them!

Brontozaurus

Not super big on the Uintatherium (deluxe sized models have to be really interesting to get me to throw in the extra cash) but the toob and the Dimorphodon are definite buys for me.

To show how I feel about this new Dimorphodon macronyx sufficiently,I'm going to have to steal this meme from member Megalosaurus:

;D

As Dimorphodon has long been a favorite of mine,I don't care that Safari Ltd.,Rebor and even Schleich has already included it in their respective lines. There can never be too many! :) :) :)

I took "the best" to mean the combination of both the larger models and the prehistoric marine life set. :)
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

Silvanusaurus

Ok, now we are actually talking. This and the marine life tube are easily the most interesting of next years CollectA figures for me. Both are must buys, and I'm not normally interested in either pterosaurs or marine animals. The Uintatherium looks superb too, but I'm not a collector of mammals.

Appalachiosaurus

This supreme line is really proving to be popular. I'm personally hoping for a 1/1 Epidexipteryx or Parvicursor, but these Pterosaurs will have to do!

sauroid

superb finale 2017 reveals! just one nit pick. the Uintatherium and Dimorphodon almost have the same color tone and pattern ... :-\

Me too was thinking about Epidexipteryx, but I WANT THAT DIMORPHODON!!!

Predasaurskillekor
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

For those wondering--since it is the only unnamed model in the tube--the trilobite is Olenoides serratus, per Anthony Beeson.

Dimorphodon is lovely, and I must say it'll be great to have another large rested pterosaur.

suspsy

Wow! CollectA wasn't kidding about saving the best for last! That Supreme Dimorphodon is likely the best rendition of the species to date! I can't wait to see it alongside the Guidraco! I wonder if CollectA intends to release a Supreme figure every other year from now on.

The Uintatherium is also a most welcome addition. I really like the colour scheme and the fuzzy skin texture. It's a shame that this figure is yet another male, although a female would have had smaller tusks and ossicones.

Overall, I think the 2017 assortment is fantastic. I'm especially impressed that CollectA chose to have just one theropod in the lot, and an omnivore at that. Quite the contrast from this year's selection. Great work, CollectA, keep it up!

Now that all has been revealed, I reckon we should have a post on the DTB about these upcoming toys, eh? ;)
