Indeed it is the best one. Always good to hear the old JP theme, and the Richard Attenborough narration is just perfect.

I think the best thing about that spot and the one before it is that they show the WONDER of Jurassic World.  That's something Jurassic Park 3 could have benefited from.

On that note, I was unaware that the Spinosaurus animatronic actually destroyed the T. rex animatronic during filming of JP3.  Kinda sad.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

*wipes away the manly tear after hearing Sir Richard Attenborough's narration*

Short, yet fantastic trailer.
EDIT: HA!  Another one of the TV spots shows a little petting zoo.  You even see a kid hugging a baby apatosaur's neck.  ...I wanna do that...

Did you see the shocked expression on it's face though? " Leggo your choking me! "  lol

Yeah but I think it was made just for the  film and they intended to do that.

DinoLord

The T. rex animatronic was the old bull rex animatronic from TLW several years prior.

I just hope that they have more animatronics for their dinosaurs than just the ones we have seen. Practical effects makes or breaks a movie......

New TV Spot:
I am really disappointed as I think the closeup of blue in the harness is CG. There were leaked pictures of an animatronic head of Blue, it doesn't make much sense, unless the animatronics are digitally-enhanced (eyes, etc.). Also the iRex emerging from the trees looks a lot like the spino from JP/// before it battled the T. rex.

Big Spoiler: I also just heard that dilophosaurus are not supposed to have been in the press screening, meaning they will probably not be in the film, or at least nothing more than references.

All I can hope is that all the effects look and feel top notch.

Just checking out the Cast & Crew list at IMDB:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0369610/fullcredits/ and noticed a familiar returning name.  Ol' Phil Tippett is back as Dinosaur Supervisor.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

I wonder how much money JW will end up making. This isn't going to be anything like the summer of 1993 when the original JP dominated all other films. Pixar's Inside Out comes out the very next weekend. And Ted 2 comes out the weekend after that. And then come July, there'll be Teminator 5, Ant-Man, Minions, and Mission Impossible.

I think it'll make a tidy sum, but nowhere near as much as the first movie.  JP came out at just the right time to capture peoples' imagination and reinvigorate interest in paleontology.  At the time, the prevailing public opinion was that they were still slow moving reptiles.  T. rex dragged its tail on the ground.  So on and so forth.

lol not quite as big as those others though.   It's a good roster for JW to go up against, T5 is about at the same fan level as JW, Ant-man will do okay, Minions will be a popular kid flick ( Hasbro is banking on it too), M.I. ..I can't recall the last Bond film's numbers or reviews.

I'm not quite sure how I found this rant, but I pretty much agree with it:

I am going to watch the movie, however (despite its tail dragging Stegosaurus and other nonsense they added after the first movies).

I don't remember that. Was it in JP3? I can't remember because I've only seen JP3 once. Because it seems to me like the Stegos in JP2 had their tails off the ground ???

fabricious

I meant the ones in Jurassic World, actually.

The ones in JP2 were actually quite nicely done, despite being enormous.

I've highlighted which one I think will be the most likely to outdo Jurassic World in your list. :)
But in the end when all is said and done,I'm guessing the real number one movie this year will not come out till this December:Star Wars Episode VII:The Force Awakens... :)
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

Here's an interesting comparison between the Galimimus and the Stegosaurus from the previous films and their counterparts in JW:

As you can see, the Stegosaurus' tails now droop to the ground, and the Gallimimus ... have, er, no shoulders. Just forelimbs sticking out of their necks. Hm.  ???
