Has anyone else heard about the alleged concept art of the new VC yet? The artist denied its connection with Jurassic park, and took down his website after the discovery of the images. If it isn't for JP, then, I wonder why there are pteranodons? Anyway, I'm not sure about the etiquette about cross-linking between forums, so I didn't post a link, but its on JPLegacy.

Feel free to post links to other forums!

Okay then, thanks.  8)

Here are the pictures in question:

And some interior ones:

It looks a lot like an aquarium, IMO.

Those were more accurate. Whereas the ones in JP3 were mutants..something bred originally and allowed to grow to see where they should make modifications in later versions.
I think they are different species. The ones from JP3 are P. longiceps and the ones from The Lost World are P. sternbergi (Now Geosternbergia)

Geosterbergia had a fin shaped crest, pteranodons in both films had long pointed crests.
I may not like feathered dinosaurs and stumpy legged Spinosaurs, but I will keep those opinions to myself, I will not start a debate over it, I promise. 😇

Yes, but there is concept art from The Lost World depicting geosternbergia:

But sill, it wasn't in the movie.

Fanmade. But sitll gets the blood pumping.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Too true.  Hammond's lines are still some of the best and most memorable from the entire series.

It makes me much more excited for the film knowing this will have continuity with the first movie. Same locations, same vehicles... this really will be Isla Nublar again!

This is very cool, and I'm becoming increasingly excited about the new movie.

Jurrasic park 1 and 2 are my favourite

Days ago Michael Giacchino was confirmed as the composer of the film.
I have to say, for me Michael Giacchino was a great selection, he is a veterant in Jurassic Park universe, well in game.
He make the score of The Lost World for PSX.
A sample.

I've been reading news updates and behind the scenes photos on Twitter - trying not to get too excited so as to avoid ultimate disappointment!

That score is quite nice, there's a touch of Elfman to it.

Blade-of-the-Moon

We're suppose to be getting a big reveal on Monday I think.

There have been pics like these making the rounds :

On JPL. News should come in via Joeblo and this guy writes for them : https://twitter.com/arcticninja/status/466993714213429248

Hope it's as big as they are letting on.

Dino fights sound cool..not sure on the trained thing..depends how much they are trained I guess. I don't really care for the genesplicing chaos effect thing if that is indeed what they are talking about.  A dino with camo and the ability to swallow things larger than you would imagine, ala a snake with an egg would be cool..but they should keep it a recognized species..not a genetic mutant.  Unless we're meant to hate it and enjoy when Rex tears it apart.

Pics of the new enclosure where our new " villain " dino might be kept :

That genetic mutant thing actually does sound like a big reason not to watch the movie. For me, at least.
