No idea where Dinolandia is, but that is the CM Studio Postosuchus. Most of their stuff looks really nice, but all their maniraptorans, even Microraptor, are bald. Maybe they expect their customers to add actual feathers themselves rather than casting feathery shapes in resin? That'd be a lot of work, but it could look pretty great if done well.
