That's why I grabbed it! Didn't want to miss out on owning this amazing figure (is it even still considered a "figure" at this size?! Monster is more like it)

Loon

I'm thinking wave 2 is starting to leak out, at least in California, managed I grab a few of the new minis.

Faelrin

avatar_Loon @Loon Do you know what bag the Spinosaurus came out of? I heard that there's a way to tell what figure is in what bag because of the codes on the back (top left corner code), and that the last letter is what indicates what it is. I saw in a video that the Carnotaurus is in the package with the last letter as C, for example. I really hope I can score something this week.

Here's the video for reference in case anyone wants to take a look:

Also has anyone seen the three pack with Blue, the Ankylosaurus, and the Baryonyx at all? JPToys said it was a Wave 1 release but I've never encountered it yet (at least when I've gone looking through the mini dino packs).

avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin, I don't have the bag, it was honestly just luck. But, I imagine that the sail would give it away if you felt the bag

I've noticed Mattel has been revealing their Comic Con exclusives, and I started brainstorming. It's been an incredibly slow work day, so I've had plenty of time to develop this.

It's a 2-pack set, featuring a remolded trash and throw T. rex (new neck and head sculpt) and a 3.75" Donald Genaro (toilet attire). The packaging is a fold-open book style box which displays the Tyrannosaur on the left and Genaro on the toilet on the right, several flaps fold and overlay each other to give the appearance of the outside and stall of the bathroom. The set's name would probably be something stupid like "When you gotta go, you gotta go."

Here's a crummy doodle I did:

As I said, it's been a slow work day.

These are surprisingly nice! Definitely better than the minis hasbro did.
For some reason even the mini Allo looks better than it's larger Roarivore counterpart, at least the small one doesn't have a fused crest  ::)

Nice doodle. Imagine if the roles were reversed!

After some personal resistance, I finally got the Baryonyx figure from JW: FK.

Honestly, I was not planning to post this, but I'll do it for two reasons.

First of all, I must admit that I didn't expect a level of detail and realism (note the absence of the word accuracy) in this Baryonyx  figure, which revived a nostalgic feeling from the times I collected JP and Lost World toys.

Secondly, it wasn't only one of the fastest orders I received from another country, but also brought along with it the PNSO Confuciusornis, which I had been waiting for more than three months. I had even given up of receiving this figure, but the post office - probably, thanks to the new order - found the missing package from China and sent it to me.

A Gennaro Lego set would be equally awesome bit probably more unlikely.

Faelrin

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon Mega thanks for that list. I'm definitely saving that for future reference, since I do want the Spinosaurus and Carnotaurus the most out of the Wave 2 minis (aside from the 3 pack with the metallic Indoraptor). Looks like I'll be able to pick up most of the ones I don't have (from both Wave 1 and 2) in the Legacy packs, which is good since they have the exclusive Brachiosaurus, legacy Dilophosaurus, legacy Velociraptor, and Pachycephalosaurus minis.

I can't imagine their won't be a T.rex breakout set, it'd probably have the fence, a Ford explorer, probably Ian, Alan, and the kids, a bonus little bathroom + a Genaro minifig build would be excellent.

That's 15 dinos and 12 names. >.<
That's because some of them are from Wave 3  ;)

avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin here's a photo from my 3ds of my raptor, sorry it's low quality but it gets the colours really well

See what I mean with the white?

Faelrin

avatar_Dilopho @Dilopho Yeah I see. Mine is kind of like that as well with the white, although the body color is more like the color on the head and arms (although the arms are still too dark to blend in well). Like a yellow orange I guess.

Head's up everyone. I've been notified that Walmart is doing rollbacks on the Roarivores, Colossal, and some of the attack pack.
$10.99 for the roarivores atm at certain locations.

I've also heard Wave II is in a ton of stores? Can anyone confirm?

Loon

I've seen some rollbacka already, I picked up a couple roarivores for like $11.99.

Dilopho

Er, so when these guys go out of stock, what happens??
Please don't say I've missed the Baryonyx figure forever  :o
