Hello fellow forum members, i visit this board for quite some time and have alway admired the collections of members.
Finally i like to contribute a small bit by sharing some photo's of my collection to those who have interest.

My modest collection consists for a part of models i build up and paint myself and models painted by artists.
Since i would like to show a update now and then, i wonder if have to make a thread in the custom subforum too?
My goal is to post mostly finished models in this thread.

Pardon me for the questionable quality of the picture of the first precious prehistoric model i like to share (not 100% finished), i gotta grab a decent camera and make multiple shots.

Foulkes 1:15 Ankylosaurus

Jose S.M.

That's a very beautiful Ankylosaurus! The details on the head look amazing.

postsaurischian

:D Wondeful! What a beautiful head sculpting. Congratulations!
It's a bit sad for my collection that Shane Foulkes does all his models in 1:15.
Only have his Ceratosaurus so far (which was irresistible).
I would immediately buy the Ankylosaurus if it was in 1:20.

Patrx

Nice work on that Ankylosaurus! You built and painted it?

ceratopsian

It's always a pleasure to see someone else's collection. And what a handsome head!

I love Shane Foulkes models.  8)
Congrats!  ^-^

Great job! And I wouldn't worry too much about the image quality, that looks fine already. Can't wait to see your 'improved' images.

For me the quality of the image is perfect is a beautiful figure Shane Foulkes I congratulate you Broken Mackeral, this figure is worth more than a hundred other companies (metaphorically speaking). He is a great figure.  :))  8)

"you know you have a lot of prehistoric figures if you have at least twenty items per page of the prehistoric/dinosaur section on ebay." - anon.

Thank you all for the nice comments, like some of you i also fell for his head sculpt, with those nice taxidermy eyes.
I don't figured out how to quote posts yet, so to answer Patrx; yes i build and painted it, though not finished.
And Postsaurischian i would prefer models in 1:20 scale too but there are not so many of them.
Thank you all for the nice words, next will be a amphibious creature  ::)

Yep, I agree, mainly because it looks so frog-like  :)

So far, this thread is off to a very good start. The camera used to take these is definitely not the best, but what helps the photos not be that bad is that the display area is fairly well lit  :)

Jose S.M.

Another very beautiful model, I agree it looks very frog like, very natural.

Wonderful models and collection. Amazing paint job on them as well, very professionally done.
I can't wait to see more ^-^

Shonisaurus

This eryops is beautiful. It is identical to the paleoartistic recreations of the different illustrators and sculptors.

It is the eryops that one likes to see in the market. A great figure The colors being conservative give an image of absolute realist, a figure very well modeled scientifically speaking. I'm speechless. A great figure.  8)
