A few days ago I stumbled upon this website when someone on DeviantArt posted a creation they made. I'm not entirely sure what the idea behind the website is, but it seems it's still in development and so far it looks very cool! :) You can customize dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures, including skin/hair/feather colors and patterns. The artwork is very well done and scientific accuracy is pretty decent. You can make some fantastic looking creatures, and maybe it might even help you in getting ideas for your customized figures! :D Anyway, check it out and share your creations! Make sure to play around with all the variables a lot!

Thanks for the link, it is indeed a really fun website with good artwork. I love the Mammoth baby.

I've been picking random dinos and selecting the "randomize" option, and there's actually some really cool design possibilities here. Thanks for posting!

Ok, I really like this thing. The ability to adjust the opacity of markings is super neat. I think I'm going to have to paint one of my BotM buildable raptors like this:

Yeah even with the random button you can get some very good looking creatures. I'm amazed with how lifelike they can look sometimes!

Pretty cool, I spent some time there but a couple of things bothered me: shouldn't Triceratops have some horns?, and where are the Sauropods?

Syndicate Bias

Where's the Giganotosaurus more than anything? Oh yea the site is still under development as op stated, relax

You can add different types of horns in the menu, below the colors :) And they say they're working on Diplodocus.

Thanks for the info. I did wonder about horn options in a dropdown after I'd hit 'post' as it happened but didn't go back to amend.

This is actually a demo for an online dino game, not entirely sure what it'll be about yet but breeding and genetics are a big factor, so I'm excited!

I've had so much fun with this today, it may be usefull for repaint ideas and paintjobs, I already tested some ideas to see if they were not painfull to the eyes. Thanks for sharing it!

I'd like to find out what kind of game it's gonna be, it certainly looks promising and I hope they continue with this project. Would be great if we could show some support to the creators of this site! :)

Nimravus

Yeap this tool may be extremely useful for repaintings!

I gotta ask...why does the Dilophosaurus have feathers?  Has there been a discovery I haven't heard about?
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

i also wanted to ask if T Rex has feathers should I expect the Giganotosaurus to also have feathers. idk if the feather applies to theropod dinosaurs in general buy if so then rip giganotosaurus

The T. rex on this site doesn't have feathers, and neither does the Allosaurus, so if they do a Giganotosaurus I don't expect them to add any feathers to it either. I wouldn't mind if they did though, it might look good. Maybe they could also add it as a customization option, although that would probably be a lot of work.

I think I'm going to waste a lot of time there!

What's the Triceratops like though?!
