Oh I wasn't expecting this to be posted so soon. Thanks.

You do make some very good points about all the many terms, and I actually think that it could be simpler (but attempting to be thorough and not sure what is 'official' or not, I added all the terms when writing it). I do agree that there's a lot of terms going around right now in regards to all this stuff. I'm not even sure if all of the terms are official, but I was going off of the various kickstarter updates, etc. So the main series itself is called Beasts of the Mesozoic (and Creative Beast Studio/David Silva is the company/creator), and then of course there's currently only the 1/6 scale Raptor Series, with the Ceratopsian Series wip right now (perhaps those are sub-lines then?). Perhaps 'deluxe raptor' and possibly 'accessory packs' are redundant terms, and could be omitted for the case of blog reviews (although they do differentiate the types of products, much in the same way of the Mattel JWFK line is with the Roarivores, Attack Pack, etc)?

Edit: I suppose action figure could be omitted from titles and such too come to think of it. It's more or less a way to describe/classify these figures since they sure aren't your typical static models/figures (much in the same way of the JP/JW toys are action figures, but these obviously have more articulation that those usually do).

Second Edit: Looking at the boxes for the 'accessory packs' the official names for them would be like 'Wetlands Environment with Buitreraptor gonzalezorum, etc). Each of those boxes do have Accessory Pack on the sides though. The 'deluxe raptors' just have the dinosaurs name (Dromaeosaurus albertensis). So I guess for my future reviews the correct naming for titles would be "Beasts of the Mesozoic Raptor Series (Dinosaur name here)" for the 'deluxe raptor' figures, and then for the 'accessory packs', "Beasts of the Mesozoic Raptor Series (Dinosaur  name here) with ___ Environment"?

Both the 'deluxe raptors' and the 'accessory packs' have 1/6 scale Dinosaur Action Figure underneath the BotM Raptor Series logo, and it is probably safe to say that could probably be omitted since it is just a descriptor (I think).

Very nice! It's reassuring to see that they've turned out so well ^-^ I think ours are due to land in May if I read things correctly, and I have no idea where I'm going to put them all :o

Adam very kindly edited and posted this review. I've been doing them in chronological order, so if he hadn't done this, the review would not have appeared until mid-April. There are a lot in the pipeline at present.

I don't actively search for Schleich. My priorities are dino action figures (Chap Mei, Jurassic, etc), Safari, Kaiyodo and Battat.

But if they made a Tawa, I'll take it despite the long arms!

The problem with the Schleich Tawa is that not only the figure has ridiculously oversized feet and questionable feathering, or kind of sparse protofeathers I should say, but also the overall look is way too shrink-wrapped, like the poor animal is starving to death, and the head sculpt is approximate and lacking detail. Which is weird, considering it's the work of the same guy who made the beautifully detailed Psittacosaurus. As I've expressed already before in another discussion, I wouldn't pick it up only for genus exclusivity sake.

Yeah, it would look really out of place next the beautiful Safari Coelophysis in a diorama, at least in my mind.
