A fun day on the DTB with some Great Reviews!

I present to you, the JW Allosaurus.

I didn't have time to post this earlier so the Allosaurus review is actually posted between the Shleich WOH Styracosaurus (Great review), and the Indominus Rex Electronic Chomping version also a great review, so take a moment and check out these wonderful DTB reviews.  ;)  Thank You!

Ok i debated about Getting the Mini Jurassic World Figures In the Tubes, and getting the Ankylosaurus and Allosaurus in the Blind bags and reviewing the set of 11. Only i wont have the Indominous Rex. Would any of you be Upset if i leave that out of the Review?

The reason i wanted to do this is i dont want the Doubles that come in the 15 pack.

Do your review and write it how you want. I bought the bag set myself. Send your review to me as you generally do and I will include a short paragraph review of the exclusive indominus figure for you, and return it.

I just got my First minis today, in a Tube.  Im slowly working on the Review, however, my Walmart does not carry any of the Bags yet. Just the Tubes.

Jetoar

I bought this figure few years ago and it is a funny figure after all  ^-^.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Is it Papo Allosaurus with its 78 votes?! (plus 18 for the short review)

I'm not sure if this is the right thread for this suggestion, but I was just thinking that there is really no where (at least that is "a part of" this forum in the way the blog is) for members of this forum to review movies/TV series (I mean documentaries like Planet Dinosaur, Sea Monsters 3D, etc.) and/or books about prehistoric life. Yes, it technically wouldn't make sense because the blog is called "The Dinosaur Toy Blog", but still I think it would be cool for members of the forum to be able to review documentaries and books on the blog :). Any thoughts?

The Rebor Tyrannosaurus currently has 196 votes.  I don't know if there's another review with more votes..

Edit: The 2014 Carnegie Tyrannosaurus currently has 198 votes!

Its not the World of History version is it?  I just submitted my review for Editing and I don't want Amargasaurus's hard work go to waste.

Here is a list of reviews under the editting

World Of History

Apatoesaurus

Brachiosaurus

Triceratops

Parasaurolophus

Anhanguara

Quetzacaoutalus

Giganotosaurus

Allosaurus

And the Wild Safari Guanlong

Im also working on a Review of the Jurassic World minis.

Yup, that would be the one. Alright, I'll skip reviewing that. I might better retire! I just can't keep up with you guys.

DinoToyForum

Yes, I do still have the Troodon. I actually wrote a review for it last fall but that was on my old computer before it broke down. Don't worry, I won't actually retire. It's just increasingly difficult to plan a review with so many being written all the time now. But it's a good thing because the blog gets more activity, not too long ago there are huge gaps between reviews on the blog.

I believe the blog would profit from multiple reviews of the same figure...giving added perspectives and others ideas or thoughts. If there were some way to place them together in context, as dual reviews of the same figure, and that I am guessing would be problematic. I read the reviews and often think it would have been nice for someone else to also give their thoughts using a diffrent priority than say accuracy or awesomebro appeal, or price , or size or even perhaps collectibility.

By example consider the carnegie psittacosaurus...i thin Gryph might have done the original and it was very nice. However today we have quills color and many other things to consider about this figure which could figure into an updated profile I have often considered doing, but as the review exists it would appear a lost cause........
