I don't know if anyone could help me. A DTF member sold me a Recur basilosaurus and sold it to me through the eBay global shipping procedure but the fact is that the account to which I sent the money to a DTF member was not the correct one was the old one and cannot make me the shipment and has asked me to cancel the purchase of this product on my eBay but does not leave me. In this way I could unlock this payment and return my money to my account and make the payment again to this member of DTF so that I can sell the Recur basilosaurus in his new account, could someone help us?

Thanks in advance.

So the member sold it to you through eBay?   But you sent payment to the wrong paypal account? I'm not sure how that happens?

When you buy an item on ebay the seller has a paypal account linked that allows to make payment to the correct account.  If you bought the item from the wrong seller account ( kinda weird? ) then they have to cancel the order and relist in the correct one. Then your money is returned.   The seller has access to all of that, you shouldn't have to do anything.

Now if by some means you sent payment to the  wrong paypal address, you have to cancel the payment and make the correct one.

That I would like to know how to cancel the payment. The DTF member who is reliable and good people at one hundred percent has informed me that he will try to communicate with eBay.

What I am very interested in is obtaining Recur basilosaurus and the same can be said of Recur's liopleurodon and dunkleosteus if it can be new.

On the other hand I am interested in Recur's feathered carnotaurus, giganotosaurus and tyrannosaurus although I have already indicated that in another thread.

If you made the payment on ebay the seller has to cancel it.

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon The seller has already explained to me, I have to cancel the PayPal payment and then send a message to the email of the DTF member seller. I think I'm going the right way.

When you Google: how to cancel a PayPal payment
it says:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Activity near the top of the page.
Find the transaction you want to cancel.
Click Cancel under your unclaimed transaction.
    Click Cancel Payment.

Maybe this will work for you too?

avatar_Fenestra @Fenestra I have already canceled the product on eBay, I have returned all the money on Paypal and now I am waiting for the DTF member to sell me the Recur basilosaurus again. I have already done it all. Thank you so much everyone!!!

The eBay message is as follows:

The seller has canceled the order for the following reason: The buyer has requested the cancellation of the order.

You do not need to do anything else.

Now I hope to buy the product again in a safe way, that is to say that the seller reorders his product. I'm waiting.
