I had not believed that my wish will be fulfilled so early, I wanted from them a new version of Winter Wilson-like anatomically accurate version of another T.rex model, with scaling details at the proper dimension. It seems that they have taken seriously the scaling issue in the Winter Wilson pointed by others and have made a necessary correction.

PNSO is now releasing short videos on the medium sized carnivorous dinosaurs. Maybe these will be additions to their prehistoric animals line in the future? The first was Domingo the Carnotaurus, which we already have of course.

Number 002 is Loader the Cryolophosaurus:

Thx for the video, it would be incredible, like many here I'm stuck with the Battat Cryolophosaurus as the only choice for that animal.
It's a nice figure, but we would appreciate more options, and higher quality ones.

Gwangi

I would love it if PNSO did a Cryolophosaurus, or if Safari did a new one. I'm pretty happy with the Carnegie and Battat but we definitely need another. In fact, PNSO needs to do some smaller theropods in general. And of course...sauropods!

Eocarcharia

I'd bet on Safari making a new Cryolophosaurus sometime, since they seem to be on a trend of remaking the Carnegie Collection figures.

Leyster

I wouldn't bet my moneys on those trailer, since they seem to promote their "NSO DINOSAUR MUSEUM" book series, given that at the end of each short they promote the books. But with PNSO one can never be sure.
"Dinosaurs lived sixty five million years ago. What is left of them is fossilized in the rocks, and it is in the rock that real scientists make real discoveries. Now what John Hammond and InGen did at Jurassic Park is create genetically engineered theme park monsters, nothing more and nothing less."

They're not necessarily trailers for new figures, like we've seen with the Zhuchengtyrannus. But every figure PNSO release is an already existing "character" from their books and other art work.

The only exception I can think of is their new female T. Rex. Or maybe someone who has PNSO's books can confirm that "Andrea" is an exciting character in other PNSO media?

If PNSO or Safari does make a new cryo I hope it's not another skinny or feathery one. I can't wait to see a blubbery and robust one

The Tyrannosaurus in "T-rex, le roi des dinosaures" is called Alex, maybe there is some translitteration issue like there was with the name of the Torvosaurus.

It could also be that they renamed Wilson in their French translations? In other franchises (like Harry Potter for instance) characters are also renamed in translations from the original.

But interestingly, Alex and Andrea both are names that can be used for both men and women. I do think Alex is more used for men in French though.

PNSO's efficiency in creating scale and scute variations in dinosaurs depict that they should give us some gigantic prehistoric crocodilians such the worth mentioning Cretaceous monsters, Sarcosucus or Deinosuchus or any other such prehistoric crocodilians.

Papo Cryolophosaurus is in the kangaroo pose.
The PNSO Mini Cryolophosaurus is the nicest. The Battat and Carnegie of course but they are retired

It looks a lot more natural than others, like it's been startled by a rival or something to that effect. The Papo Giga, on the other hand, looks like a novelty taxidermy, like what you'd find at a fair or casino.
Besides, other than the pose and a few minor proportional errors (head slightly too big, tail slightly too short), there's nothing really wrong with it. My personal favorite by Papo, and in the top 3 of my entire collection.

I have all of these and each has certain merits, but the only one that I now actively display is the Papo, because of the reasons that you state and , of course, its very high production values. I display it in a diorama setting with other high quality sculpts, including, naturally, my PNSOs, where its texture, coloration and pose blend in wonderfully.

..and it continues.. lol

The Stegosaurus pair is now up on Amazon. Is it just me or any one else having a hard time pulling the trigger on this pair?

The also put up a place holder page for the Kronosaurus.

Argh. Why does PNSO have to do this? It's a great-looking toy, but the fact of the matter is that "Nanotyrannus" is a juvenile Tyrannosaurus rex.
