I'll check it out if it's on Amazon or Netflix, but if it's on some other platform, I'll not be subscribing just for that.

And yeah, coming on the heels of Primal, all deliberate retro-style dinosaurs seem to fall short.

I agree with the above, I'll check it out if it is on a streaming service I already have but I won't subscribe to one just to watch it. Generally speaking I'm not really into melodramatic anime, and the dinosaur designs aren't enough to sell me on it.

avatar_suspsy @suspsy To be fair the show is based on the game's designs, many of which have been around since 2015 or 2016.

I hope they show off the Lystrosaurus and Moschops in the show. Two of my favorite early game tames and creatures in the game. At least Yutyrannus and the Argentavis is confirmed.

Also gotta agree with folks, I hope this is on something my family already pays for.

Man, it's been so long since that teaser first dropped I had all but forgotten that this is happening. Seems like a strong cast, and I particularly enjoy the voiceover in the first part of the trailer, but I'll echo Gwangi and say that I don't much care for this particular animation style. It's also not something I feel drawn to seeing as I never played ARK to begin with, so probably not something I'll go out of my way to watch. Still, always good to see more dinosaur media.
