I know brettnj occasionally posts item listings in this sub-forum, as well as sending email updates to people on his list; I thought it might be a good idea to have an additional thread for listings any of us find on Mercari on our own.

Three Safari figures including the Carnegie Giga for 1,600 yen:

Invicta Baryonyx and Iguanodon for 1,500 yen:

2,100 yen according to my converter is under $19?  Is that correct, I thought that old tarbosaurus was really expensive?

Why do you think I shared it?  ;) I'd claim it myself, but I've got enough stuff on order already.

But, as I should have noted in my last post, thanks, F, for doing this. You're listing figure/deals beyond my knowledge base, so creating more opportunities for more people.

Huh, I don't recognize those either, but considering the design on the Deinocheirus and Spinosaurus, they're relatively recent.

avatar_Fembrogon @Fembrogon those figures appear to be from a company called "The Access." They're listed on the Toy Animal Wiki although without much info. But at least now I know that the hadrosaur is Kamuysaurus! https://toyanimal.info/wiki/The_Access

Nice; thanks for the find, avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres! I had tried looking on the Wiki before, but since the figures aren't labeled individually there wasn't much to go on.
It's cool to confirm there's another Kamuysaurus toy out there.

It's so wieerd seeing "accurate" spinosaurus, deinocheirus, and kamuysaurus in the quality of (in my opinion ) nostalgic cheaposaurs. Reminds me of this store I used to get things like them from

Hey.

My source is currently buying this boxed set and an otter set for 1100 each plus shipping to him. With (uncombined) shipping and our fees included, ours is less than 3000, and this is a new boxed set--not used individual figures.

I believe we bought the last dino set in stock there but certainly if anyone is interested, let me know as the page could restock or he could find elsewhere.*

*Someone already sent a possible alternative source. Will update.

Thanks.
Brett

brettnj

FYI, we are now obtaining the Access set from an alternate source for the same 1100 yen price I noted above but with free shipping to my source in Japan. We already got requests for a dozen sets after announcing yesterday.

If not on my mailing list, please PM if interested.

Thanks.
Brett

Safari ltd. Authentics - lot of 11 individual figures from sets 2 & 3, nearly complete (still looking for a Protoceratops, avatar_Gwangi @Gwangi?) for 1,111 yen. Also appears to include some other animal sets, such as some nice-looking lizards:
https://jp.mercari.com/item/m55928258010

Safari ltd. "Authentics" - boxed set of what looks like the old Colorata knockoffs for 1,199 yen:
https://jp.mercari.com/item/m31601428216

Speaking of Colorata, here's a Dino Cretaceous set nearly complete for 1,500 yen. The rods are missing and the box is extra.
https://jp.mercari.com/item/m75774161507

...And does anyone recognize this lot for 999 yen? It's labeled as Colorata, but it must be an older set. Any rods, stands, accessories appear to be missing.
