Prehistory Resurrection

Alright so, given that Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous has ended and Jurassic World: Chaos Theory is its sequel and the one as from now on currently in the spotlight, I created a new thread for Jurassic World: Chaos Theory.

The Teaser Trailer dropped and here is the briefest and most straight to the point video I found;
Edit: The video got copyright claimed. The commentary videos are still fine though.
2nd Edit: Okay, so seems like the commentary videos also got copyright claimed....

The beginning of the Teaser Trailer felt similar to the Dominion Prologue with the helicopter and the T-Rex on the loose. Camp Cretaceous ended with Darius and the first character we see here in the Teaser Trailer is Darius himself, now grown-up. Kenji, Yaz, Sammy, Brooklyn and Ben are yet to be seen. Not much development yet, but looking forward to it.

Blade-of-the-Moon

I just hope if they make human figures they get them out before the show ends.  I was doing my best to find them for my niece and nephew.

The above videos have been blocked, so here's another 1:

It's all over youtube and online in various places. It doesn't show a whole lot.

So seems like all the videos, even the commentary videos, got copyright claimed and taken down. Typical Universal... H @HD-man, The video is marked as private.
For those who didn't manage to watch the teaser trailer trailer, don't worry there wasn't much development.

We should be OK now that it's been officially announced.

Pretty sure I was able to spot the new (Altispinax) Becklespinax around the 50 sec mark (when it hits the vehicle). Kind of Concavenator like, which is a recent interpretation of it. Still I wonder why they went with something so fragmentary, an outdated name, and not just use Concavenator instead? Hmm, but maybe we wouldn't have gotten that beautiful Frontier adaption in JWE2 recently if that was the case.

Official Trailer
Nice to see the squad back together all-grown up now but sad to learn of Brooklyn's death. Is she really dead or is she in some kind of danger? Also, nice to finally see the Pachyrhinosaurus and have a better look at the Beckespinax. The Suchomimus is yet to be seen on screen, but has been revealed as part of the Captivz Eggs Chaos Theory merch as shared above.  As with the Baryonyx, the appearance and color scheme does not match the Jurassic World Website's version.

Blade-of-the-Moon

Pretty interesting. I'm surprised they "killed" off Brooklyn if that's indeed what happened. Animation looks good overall, dinos are more refined than they were previously. Betting the Allosaurus is being used for "more teeth" against.... ?

Highly doubt that Brooklyn's been killed off. Personally I think it's just a smart way for the showrunners to cut down on Brooklyn's lines to save some money on celebrity voice acting, since Jenna Ortega is one of the bigger (if not biggest?) names on the cast list.

Seems that the toys this time around are a lot more accurate to their on screen designs compared to Camp Cretaceous. Remember Mattel's Scorpios rex?

Quiversaurus

I hope Brooklyn hasn't been killed off... She was one of the more interesting characters to me. Not to mention killing her off would be kinda dark.

I'm excited for that Pachyrhinosaurus, I hope Takara Tomy makes a figure of it in their Ania line - I'd grab it immediately!
