Hello Folks, Greeting from Australia.
My main hobby is N Scale model railways  (1/160 scale). One of my current projects is to create some small dioramas of a dinosaur park/zoo. I have made one enclosure so far and plan to make a few more. My current model dinosaurs are more the toy type. Some hadrosaur type that are close to N scale and a couple of brachiosaurs that would pass as juveniles. Does anyone have ideas of suppliers of close to 1/160 scale dinosaurs and prehistoric mammals? THis includes 3D prints or printing files.
I've been an off and on prehistory buff since age 5!
Cheers, Andrew G.

First thing that comes to mind is a Shapeways 1:144 series by David Krentz.
The series consists of Alamosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Edmontosaurus, Triceratops & Tyrannosaurus (as shown below).
There also were a few other figures like Agustinia, Ekrixinatosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Kosmoceratops, Majungasaurus and maybe more I'm not aware of.
Unfortunately Shapeways went down in July due to bankruptcy and I don't know where to get them now.

Besides this I'm sure that one or the other Kaiyodo figure (especially sauropods) might be in such scale.
And I'm sure that we have members who keep a record of all that.

 - SEGA made some very tiny models.

 - Safari Good Luck minis

 - Bullyland minis or Schleich minis might be too cartoonish?

Dinosauria Creatures can 3D print anything they have in about any scale. I think printing models smaller (i.e. larger scale) is generally easier than printing them larger. It would be definitely worth to get into contact with them.

Kaiyodo Dinotales Reference Galleries has a helpful list of all the Kaiyodo Dinotales figures along with scale estimates. Most of them are too large for 1/160, but some of the sauropods do fit into that scale.
One day we will know the truth about Spinosaurus... but not today.

N scale is tough! Some good suggestions here, I'll just add that on dinotoycollector.com, you can browse by scale. Here's the figures tagged with "1:160:" https://dinotoycollector.com/Browse/Browse.php?Scale=160

There aren't many! But I think you can get away with anything from 1:140 to about 1:200
