Can't believe how under represented this species is.  I was at La Brea a few months ago and grew up in Southern California and there are so many specimens of these guys.  Very well researched and barely any figures of it, I don't understand why.

Just me or is this supposed to be posed in a pushing match with their new mastodon?

A pushing posture came to mind for me too! Thought maybe it would be fun to get two and maybe shave one of their tusks down!

It doesn't get any better than this for me what with these two wonderful proboscidians to go along with their Ankylosaurus.

The only thing that would make this better for me is if Eofauna announce a Whooly Mammoth...

I still wish and wait for a stegosaurus

Understandable. Have you tried the TNG one yet?

Funny you asked me this, I finally got the TNG Mammoth and I love it!  I thought I liked it from photos but loved it even more in hand.  Now the TNG and the Mojo are both ahead of my Carnegie but that Carnegie held the title for a very long time so it will always have a special place in my collection.

Thing is, I love Eofauna and getting a Woolly Mammoth from them would be special because I consider them the greatest proboscidean figure manufacturer of all time.  I just can't imagine Eofauna not producing one, they should've done it already, the fact that they've recently done the American Mastadon and the long awaited Colombian Mammoth gives me hope that a Woolly Mammoth might be coming in the next couple of years.  Also, now that they've done the Colombian Mammoth, the other superstars of the La Brea tar pits Smilodon, Arctodus Simus, and Megatherium shouldn't be too far behind...

Can't wait to add all three of these guys to the collection.  I have all of Eofaunas pieces and some of them twice over like the ones I've decided to play around with paint like on Sue and the Triceratops.

To me buying an Eofauna is not just about getting a fantastic figure, it's also a donation to scientific research for the Eofauna team as well.

CARN0TAURUS

I don't know if this is a clue of some sort but the cards that come with these figures usually only feature the one animal or maybe two members of the same species.  Looking at the card for the Colombian mammoth, there is a cutoff image of what appears to be an overturned Glyptodon in the foreground almost like the Mammoth flipped him over?  Then in the background we see Bison Latifrons in the background.  Makes me wonder if these are hinted figures that Eofauna is working on?

Need an updated group shot of all of Eofauna's proboscideans!

Would love to see Eofauna branch out to more mammals, but equally wouldn't mind if they stuck to their quality over quantitiy approach to their figures.

The low figure output could be more than just quality over quantity.  Eofauna uses the money from previous figures to produce new ones, so is it a coincidence that the very year after producing Sue they are putting 3 figures out almost immediately?  IDK, it could be a coincidence, but I'm thinking that if Sue sold well they might be producing more figures this year for that reason and I'm sure that the quality will be as per their usual.

I've never seen them hint other animals in their cards before or maybe I need to dig up my cards and take another look.  As for the card, I just realized that the Colombian Mammoth is watching a human butcher the armadillo, in the very corner there is a little human holding what appears to be a spear?

I strongly suspect that successful sales of Sue enabled Eofauna to do three toys for 2025. This, folks, is why everybody needs to be grateful for Tyrannosaurus rex whether they like it or not. It makes way more money than any other prehistoric animal.

This mammoth was everything I was hoping for. I knew I could count on Eofauna to put out a banger. This one's a day-one purchase for me.
Check out my customs thread!

Gorgeous Columbian! Honestly I'm willing to get any mammal Eofauna produces. I was on the fence about Sue, but I might pick it up when these 3 release. I'm most excited for the Columbian & Ankylosaurus.

You've been asking for someone to make a Colombian Mammoth for as long as I can remember reading your posts...very happy for you that you are happy with the sculpt and that you are finally getting one!!! :)

You won't regret getting Eofaunas's Sue, seeing it in person has convinced me that Eofauna might benefit from finding someone else to do their promotional photos.  This has been the case for every single Eofauna figure that I own and I own all of them.  On the plus side it's better to receive a figure in the mail that looks better in person than it did in promotional images, the opposite is much more disappointing.

Awesome Columbian mammoth!! That's our state fossil here in Washington, and I helped my professor analyze a skeleton in grad school, so it's an absolute must buy! Haven't purchased any of their proboscideans yet, but I love my Eofauna Atlasaurus.

Yes it looks fantastic, can't wait to add it to the collection :)

I was curious about the arrangement of the osteoderms on their new Ankylosaurus, since they've been more or less consistent among the recent figures by Carnegie, Safari, Favorite and PNSO. So I looked around and found this video by EDGE Science which was interesting. I guess the exact nature of Ankylosaurus' armour is still kinda up in the air until a more complete skeleton is unearthed.

In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

I've got my Atlasaurus yesterday. I knew Eofauna does great sculpts but i'm impressed by paint job with this one. Easily blend in pnso & haolonggood stuff.
