I like these more than I want too. Particularly the Quetz, Titanosaurus, and Mosasaurus. On the fence about the Spinosaurus and I really don't need another T. rex.

It certainly seems Mattel received the concept art decos and not the final ones. The T. rex, Spino, and Titanosaur are very off color wise. That said, the new Spinosaurus is a must buy for me as is the mosasaur, with the Spinosaurus looking more... Spinosaurus than it does in the movie. It doesn't have those disgusting snaggle teeth or the really bad head the movie one has.

Shame the toys for the movie look better than the movie designs, but, here we are.

Blade-of-the-Moon

My thoughts exactly, especially in regards to the Spino, it looks better than the film easily.  There are a few I'll pick up, That Titano is impressive even with the sails..might get it and modify it. The SC Mosa I'll get, not sure on the Rex, it has off colors from the film and too many teeth in the back of it's mouth? Though I could do some dentistry as I've done before.

The Real Feel Indominus is cool, but I sorta wish they had left off the red marking though..that was a Hasbro toy creation.

Actually not. The red markings harken back to Jurassic World: The Game. Designs from that game were subsequently used in merchandise of all sorts.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

PrimevalRaptor

Still not a fan of the beak on the Quetzalcoatlus redesign, but maybe I'll pick this one up, I got the Dominion Quetz back then and the only thing I didn't like was that the articulation didn't really lend itself to a quadrupedal pose.
Spinosaurus does look a bit better than what we saw in the trailer (though the figure seems to be missing the big thumb claw?) but probably too big for my shelf lol
Depending on the size of that boat set I maaay pick that up tbh, wouldn't mind a smaller Mosasaurus.

Carnoking

I like the terrestrial pose of the Quetz! Refreshing to see that on a Mattel figure

Still not a fan really, I like Kenner throwbacks more.  The last Indominus is pretty good in my opinion. I do think we will get a HC one eventually too.

Titanosaur looks good, but I don't have space for it. Spino is growing on me, but a pass for now. I have way too many rexes, and I recently got a mosasaur for $2 at a local thrift store. That Quetz looks really good though, loving the crest shape and the fact it can actually stand, so I'll probably get that.

Gwangi

Is the Boat Rescue Set Matchbox sized? The car looks like a Matchbox car. I hope it is. Would be a fun little playset and since I already have a Jurassic World Mosasaurus hogging up shelf space it would be nice to have a smaller version of the one from Rebirth.

Dilopho

It seems that Mattel is taking a page out of Schleich's book for the Quetzalcoatlus, which is good because that's exactly what I wanted to see them try. These all look great.
No thumb claw on the Spinosaurus, though? The movie has one. Oh well, that's not nearly as bad as how they messed up the hands on the Dominion Iguanodon.

andrewsaurus rex

I like the Quetz....any idea how tall it is in its terrestrial pose?

Where are pics of the Titanosaurus?

ah the Titanosaurus picture is up above.  It didn't load the first time i visited this thread.  Any idea of size?

Not sure about the sails though.   May keep the one behind the head but the one on the butt has to go.  Not sure what critter to use this as either; i'll have to see more pics and see what size it is of course.  Titansosaurus wasn't really all that big for a sauropod.

Just call it an Argentinosaurus

I hope the Quetzalcoatlus paint is refined to be more like what was seen in the trailer (blue stripes on the neck, etc). I'm glad the Quetzalcoatlus is able to be a in a proper quadrupedal stance too.

It looks like the Mosasaurus tail is based on an older design perhaps? The fluke is not as big as it looked in the trailer, but well it's still a proper Mosasaurus tail more or less. Anyways, the Bite 'N Blast one is already available on amazon to order:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DL6JBSWQ

I wish the Titanosaurus neck paint was also not so simplified (more stripes), but otherwise these are a great batch of figures, and I hope I can pick these up this year.

Looks like the T. rex figure has lips too? At least something it is giving me that vibe.

We also have a new Legacy Collection Reimagined Jurassic World the Game styled Indominus rex. Reminds me of the attempt Hasbro put out back in 2016. Only this time this is a real feel with no screw holes.

I thought I was gonna hate the titanosaurus figure but honestly, I really dig it! The tail seems a little shorter and the spine frill even less pronounced than the film version. I'm not super crazy about the really huge sauropod figures, so here's to hoping it'll have a mini made for it (which I think is likely given its prominence). I will definitely be hunting for the lego version though!

Thanks! That will probably be the Mosa I get then. Running low on space for these things!
