Quote from: CharlieNovember on March 08, 2025, 06:50:10 PMThis is awesome, well done ! The stunning light effects enhance the details and the texture of the figures in front of the Gobi pic.
BotM's raptors are really amazing in spite of their slight manufacturing defects (related in a separated thread), especially the large versions offered in 1:6.
The smaller versions in 1:18 are great too but would lack some details such as teeth which is the case for the Velociraptor I recently received.
By the way, may I ask you the references of the (infortunate) turtle-like figure that is being eaten by one of the starving Velociraptors ?
Furthermore, I was wondering if you could kindly indicate me how to set mine correctly on its stand. Indeed, I haven't found yet the right solution to make its legs touch down...

Thanks it's not bad for just playing around. lol.  The turtle is a Glyphoderma Kel from Pnso. Happy hen had them for 3.00 I think it's from about the same region as velociraptor?

It takes some playing around. I haven't opened my smaller 1:18 raptors yet. Usually I just adjust the legs til they fit but then you have to make they balance too.  These all could use the new stands David has now.

Heh, the Velociraptor found a fossil. Nice pickups!
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

lol  ::D

This is totally a fantasy concept piece, just something I threw together for fun.  I had the Teegra figure already and she just sort of stands there better to give her a dino ;)

Guilhereme Bilinski's Land Before Time pieces, currently complete until Sharptooth arrives anyway...lol  Actually he said it would be an ongoing line.

Also his Triceratops Surtur which is a superb version of the species.

Interesting.
If I could ask him a comission and if that would be possible, that would be a Brontosaurus baby to mimic Little Foot from the Land Before Time, but in a realistic manner, to fit with the adult.

I did something sort of similar with the Mattel baby Apato but then  I felt the baby Brachio looked more like Littlefoot.  He might be interested in doing one though?

Honestly this just shows my lack of space.  My newer pieces end up on this desk in front of me and eventually get moved.  Really just how much is here shows what all has been added in the past few months.  A lot has come out and we keep asking for more.
