Just purchased a piece of art - I mean a knock-off of the Papo Running Tyrannosaurus toy - and I found this site. Thanks for the add.

Here is my toy dinosaur, transported back to ancient times (1911 A.D.) in downtown Victoria, BC, Canada. He has known Neanderthals who could drive better and fellow tyrannosaurs who were not so barbaric as these stuffy homo-citizens!

He is angry at the driver of the Ford Model T Town car for using his liquified grandfather as fuel.

Welcome to the forum.  :D

Looks like you might also be interested to take part in the diorama contest this year. A scene like this would be left field, but would still count!

Hello and welcome to the forum! Great artwork. How lucky that T.rex is to have those great long forearms :))
Yeah, you definitely take part in the Diorama Contest!

In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Haha yes, this T. Rex must be on Testosterone for bulking up those formerly-puny arms!

I will take dynamism and dramatic effect over absolute accuracy, most of the time. I still consider Charles Knight and Ray Harryhausen the definitive conveyors of dinosaur representations, and I miss the Tyrannosaurus skeleton at the New York Museum of Natural History when it had it's tail (an feet) on the ground. I'm so old I must be prehistoric!

Welcome to the forum! Even if there are modern artists I prefer more, I have to appreciate that they basically pioneered the fields of 2d and 3d paleoart respectively!
