Kind of glad to see the Pyroraptor back but I hope it gets better scenes than it did in Dominion. Good thing I ordered the HC Pyroraptor when I did. Still awaiting its arrival since it came from a Japanese seller. Might be why it and the Giganotosaurus was included in the Captivz CT series as well (just wish we got the Majungasaurus in it too).

I'm sooo happy that the Handler is back, but kind of anxious they're gonna kill her off

As soon as I realised that the first season took place before Dominion and that in Dominion Soyona has her raptors I've  been dreading to see how. Handler is my favourite character in the World series so far. So so interesting.

I love her look, I love her silent nature, I love her creepiness, and most of all, I love how she is so in tune with her raptors that it's more than simple training. She can genuinely understand what they're thinking from just a look.

It's way more personal than the way Owen trains raptors with food and clickers, and it's way more savage too because it's all based on genuinely being a pack leader and leading their hunt with kills made.

I always watch the scene in s1 where when her and the raptors are leaving the warehouse, one of them senses the campers and tells her with a look, and for the only time in the series she actually gets a smile as she realises there's prey to hunt.

I just reaallly don't want her to die, ideally- and this might sound stupid- I want her to have an epic defeat but survive and NEVER be seen again.
Allowing us to forever think about where she is and what she's up to.

The WORST thing for me is if she's somehow killed by her own raptors, especially if Soyona orchestrates it. I have nothing against Soyona, especially not her much more interesting Chaos Theory version, but I don't know, the Handler is so cool that I'm just dreading finding out how Soyona ends up with the full set of four Atrociraptors.

She's seriously the most interesting villain in the entire series for me, but we all know how villains go out. This show has been savage to even its good characters, soo... I don't have high hopes.

It's totally a guess but I was surprised Soyona had an Atrociraptor.  I never considered them "hers" based on the movie she was just the handler moving them but of course she had the tools for demonstration.

I hate to say it though it would be predictable raptors have turned on their handlers often.

Agreed, she's awesome! Her bond with the atrociraptors feels genuine, with her actually caring for their well-being. Owen feels like his raptor pack's manager, while the Handler feels like a group leader. Hope she gets a figure so I can put her with my atrociraptor squad.

Me too, soooo bad... I was thinking that people could use a figure of Spalko from the Indiana Jones series as a rough stand-in, she's also got a black bob and a similarish outfit, but it's just not the same as the real thing and they have a lot of differences to their looks.

We're missing a few CC:CT human figures that would be nice to have.  They shouldn't even have issues with licensing them. My only guess is they don't think they have enough "star power".

They haven't released a new Red to my knowledge, so maybe a box set with him, The Handler, maybe Brooklyn, and another random dino pack in.

I was really surprised that they never made figures of the Spinoceratops or BRADs for CC4, they seem so...toyetic.
We never got the blue Nothosaur either, or the Smilodon. Or big or little Eatie, what happened with s4 and s5 that they didn't make figures?

Funny thing about BRADs....I once saw some dumb fan, you know the kind that blames everything bad on Mattel for whatever reason, claim that these were obviously in the series due to Mattel. Of course that seems kinda silly, especially given that even Lego, well known for having a mecha fetish, did not make them.
But yeah, there is a serious lack of season 4 and 5 creatures, with the expection of Pierce and the Nothosaurus. 

Speaking of Chaos Theory, we still have no main line versions of Sammy and Brooklyn for that one, right? And with Rebirth coming in, it might look good for them.

I wish these things were found in the UK, too. I only have Darius and it was by chance. They only import the standalone dinosaurs here.

That might make too much sense lol  We still haven't received the highly anticipated Suchomimus/Ben set either. I though there were enough main characters in CC , the counselors, the dino expert, the Alan/Ellie looks alikes ( talk easy money there ) just so much potential, but they ignore it. We have yet to get the entire raptor squad in the HC and I do hope we get the rest of the Atrociraptor squad in that line.

Same here. The Spinoceratops received plushes and just knew they would make a figure. But no, I believe there are custom 3D printed ones out though. I agree on all of those except for the tyrannosaurs. They have so many out it would be easy for a kid to pick up a couple and say they are them.

We got a Nothosaurus back in 2023 but I wonder if it was designed before the CC design was finalized? Same thing happened with the Ouranosaurus, which was different from the show's design.

All the talk of the new series made me go back and rewatch the show and man, MAN is it good. It's not even funny how it measures up to Dominion.
The only real problem is that it can take a LONG time for characters to move on from a situation. I mean, it took what? 3 or 4 episodes of a 10 episode season for them to boat up the river to the lab in Africa? And I don't like how much the animals kill and then immediately move on from their kill after something else.
It makes sense for the Scorpius rex in CC, not so much for a Majungasaurus to kill something substantial like a Gallimimus or lion only to immediately go running after a human.

I'm really wondering if Sammy can step in to defend Ben hiding Brooklyn's status from the others. After all, she had a similar situation years ago when she was spying for Mantah Corp. She's always the sweetest of the bunch, but I liked how mad she got when Yaz was in danger and nobody would let her bring the boats to shore. It wasn't until the lions made their presence known that she realised how mad she had gotten.

I know it's to save animation costs, but they could've probably made a convincing lion model from the Smilodon. It's kind of worth the whole "they're only shown by their eyes" thing because of the amazing shot where the Majungasaurus eyes appear behind the lion eyes and then the lion eyes dissappear, though.
