And including the title? For example, the word "(test)" doesn't appear at the end of one title? I sent myself (and Libraraptor - the two admins) some test newsletters to check it worked before sending the actual newsletter to all.

If everyone received two then I must have accidentally sent it twice. But if it's only a few of you, as seems to be the case, then it's a glitch, or something else.

That's why it doesn't make sense. I dunno. If it was just a few that got sent twice I'll put it down to a glitch.

How odd. Maybe I accidentally sent it twice. I don't think so, but I can't think of any other explanation. We'll see what happens next time I send a newsletter, I'll make sure I'm careful to only send it once.

I sent out a Newsletter for March 2025.

The DTF newsletter system is dreadful and difficult to format, so I accidentally sent out some test emails, meant only for me, to everyone. I stopped the process as soon as I could but I bet some were delivered, so sorry if you receive more than one email.

I just checked and the mail queue is still processing and sending, it will take some time for all 3000 emails to send! (there's an hourly limit). It should come through to you eventually and it's good you didn't receive any of the random test emails. I'll let you know when all the newsletters have been sent.

To be honest, there isn't much in the newsletter that will be 'news' to you and the 150 or so other regular visitors. It's more about reaching out to the non-regulars.

Thanks for the reminder. As ever, apart from one solitary instance, it went to spam. Very annoying as I constantly mark DTF emails has "not spam"!

Sorry @DinoToyForum, I don't recall.  It was one of the new DinoToyBlog review emails.  Nothing to set it apart from all the rest.  It was a couple of months or so ago.  Yahoo seems particularly annoying in this respect.  The email from which they come is in my Contacts List and there doesn't seem to be anything else I can do to get the emails e.g. to filter into a specific folder other than spam.

Same for me.
January and March newsletters both dropped into my spam mailbox (although I moved the January's one to the « regular mailbox »).
Furthermore, I didn't receive the newsletter of February...

I've checked on Dmarcian.com with the SPF surveyor tool and here is what emerged.
I don't know if it's related to the delivery issue though :

Thanks, I thought I had fixed my SPF, but looks like I need to check it again. Sometimes my host makes changes without me knowing...
