This guy could become a meme,  standing in front of something or someone stunned and provoking :))  :))

Great review avatar_suspsy @suspsy - he looks like a 1980s hooligan "Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!"  :))

My first review for the Monster Toy Blog (with hopefully more to come), the NECA American Werewolf in London Ultimate Kessler Wolf:

https://monstertoyblog.com/ultimate-kessler-wolf-by-neca/

It's over 2,500 words, which is up there with some of my longest reviews for the Dino Toy Blog.

Edit: I think a Horror tag for classification would be a nice addition.

Great review! I still have yet to see a cinematic werewolf that beats Kessler.

I prefer bipedal style werewolves like those in The Howling but An American Werewolf in London is my all time favorite werewolf movie, one of my favorite movies of all time honestly. And American Werewolf's transformation scene still hasn't been beat. Great review!

I forgot to mention this above (I was so tired then, took a nap after it was published), but that was also my 40th review finished and published overall, even if it was the first for that particular blog. Kind of a good thing it was something special like this one. I'm glad to see you folks enjoyed this one. Started it just after getting the CollectA Koolasuchus one published. Feels good to get back into doing this again, and I hope the momentum stays for some time (and that's despite everything keeping me down as of late).

I wonder what I should do for my 50th review. I got a couple of Mattel figures to knock out in the meantime that I've been way behind on (including one I just got my hands on, the HC Pyroraptor). Gotta jog my memory on what else I had planned. Otherwise, anything goes I guess?

Not exactly toys and not all monsters, but the Royal Mail has just released some beautiful British myth/legend stamps:

The Loch Ness Monster is nicely done, a Plesiosaur with a hint of eel.

I should have collected stamps instead of toys. I would have saved so much space.  :P

I like seeing the selkie represented. I just mentioned that one in my St. Patrick's Day review on the Animal Toy Blog (I posted a seal).

Yes, wouldn't it just! Part of the reason I've been collecting old paeleo cards is to save space and still placate my addiction!

I liked your harbour seal review by the way and very nice for St Patrick's Day. They really are curious creatures who come and check you out if you are in a boat.

Where I live in Maryland we only have seals in the winter, including harbor seals. It's rare to see them on the beaches, they prefer the sea walls so to really appreciate them you have to go out to see. It's something I hope to do sooner than later. Wish the seals here were as curious as yours!

Must admit I've only seen this myself once, on an excursion to the beautiful Farne Islands off the Northumbrian coast in North-East England. Lots of wonderful sea-birds like puffins and guillemots. With the tourists focused on them it'd almost like the seals are saying "Oi! What about us!"

These days I'm a total landlubber in landlocked Hertfordshire.
