Not a scam per say..it might be rarer now..supply and demand? I know I bought them for the shop at 13.00 discounted and then raised them to 20.00 to make a few dollars for the park. It appears to be sold by amazon but amazon's stock can come from other retailers or their partners I've found.  You'll notice the prices on other figures there are different. Some are 19.99 others more.

I've had this one for 5 or 6 years. Spotted it while walking through a store and did a double take. Not the sort of set I would have expected a Dolichorhynchops in, but I recognized it immediately.
