Preorders open until June.

Bendy tail, saddle parts, figma stand. I wonder how these would fare compared to Nanmu or Amber Collection?

Primeval12

I don't like these designs but the sculpt and detail are amazing. I hope we see more from them

I wonder if that saddle accessory will be compatible with either Mattel or David's figures. Would be fun to see it used on them.

Pretty cool idea. I wonder how the jockeys would keep the Velociraptors from snapping at the horses who got too close!

What you do, see, is stand in front of them and just show them your palms like this...

I think that I'd leave that to someone above my pay grade.

That would be good old Stumpy.....

I must say those Raptors do look rather well made for yet another Jurassic Park clone. Of course they are also not exactly cheap.
And I bet once Andy reviews this, people will claim how much better they are than the Hammond Collection or mainline ones, without even considering the difference in price.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

I disagree with the price being all that high relative to Mattel raptors. I grabbed some of these from Goodsmile's website for ~$55 (USD) each, while Amber raptors retailed at $35 each (BBTS, they may have been cheaper on discounts back when they were in box stores). While that's not a negligible difference, these are distinctly higher in detail and quality of build, so it's not an unreasonably high price in comparison by any means.

I haven't seen one of these in hand yet (they ship in December it looks like) but based on the Figma's they are about the same size as the Amber raptors, possibly slightly bulkier. I think the joints look better than the Amber raptors and will almost certainly hold up to posing and balancing better (plus they come with way nicer stands). Figma are also extremely consistent with paintwork matching the promotional images, so I think it's fair to say already that these are going to have significantly better paintwork.

Considering I had to pay for the HC Pyroraptor for about the same amount due to its poor distribution and short shelf life, I'd agree that's a reasonable price. Not far off from the BotM 1/6 scale raptors or the Nanmu 1/12 ones. It's about what the HC T. rex cost for comparison.
