What prehistoric animals would you like made into figures?

Diplocaulus does have a few figures, but they're all a bit small. Depending on how closely you want to stick to a set scale range, that might be a good thing.

The scaling of diplocaulus would be an issue for me on account of the fact that I do my best to stick to 1/35 scale, which would
be fine for the largest amphibians to have ever lived. There's a high end 1/35 Lanatime Prionosuchus that I've been eyeballing for a while now. I did end up going that route for a 1/35 quetzalcoatlus - I wasn't happy with any mass produced figure of that species so I ended up paying $300 for one.

A 1:35th scale diplocaulus would be an inch long. At that point, 3D printing might be your only option.

I wish more companies would make smaller 1/35 models as well. It'd be nice to have a 1/35 Utahraptor or Deinonychus. I believe Rebor once sold a pack of three deinonychuses however I wasn't collecting during that time and missed my chance to get them unfortunately.

I was just letting you know what the scale was, I'm not that into rigorous model scaling. I don't particularly mind what scale my models are in, as long as I have an idea as to how big the animal it's based on was (my immense love for miniatures throws any hope of consistent scale out the window).

Halichoeres

For Permian and Triassic stuff, I find 1:20 usually works better.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Yeah, among other things, a decent figure of Paralligator/Shamosuchus in 1:35, with sharp teeth and detailed skin scales, something like the Rebor's Deluxe Sarcosuchus imperator, would be much appreciated.
Actually, I find that many crocodile figures which could be used as prehistoric crocodilians feature sloppy teeth, in terms of shape and paint job.

More land turtles of the Mesozoic would be great too.

It's like the Crocodilia figures are finally getting the modern collector-figure treatment, and honestly, I don't know why I suddenly have this fascination with ancient turtles, they're so underrepresented in the hobby.

Turtles yes! Definitely. I have the Rebor lonesome George model and I love it. Would also be nice to get a 1/35 archelon or Protostega gigas. Prionosuchus is still my biggest dream howver.

A 1/35 Archelon figure (in PVC and the whole animal, not only its skeleton) would be great indeed !

This topic makes me switch to the figure makers' "scale system", which recently crossed my mind.
For example, regarding a 1/35 collection, it would be great if companies could systematically base their 1/35 models on the maximum animal's estimated length and not on a specific specimen, for more homogeneity.

I seize this opportunity to ask avatar_DinoToyForum @DinoToyForum if it would be possible to set the DTB's scale calculator tool in order to allow calculations with an accuracy of one decimal ?^^

Done, you can now include decimals in the calculator tool, as many as you like. (I think it is working correctly, please test it out to make sure the calculations are right!)

Awesome! I wasn't aware of this calculator. Where can I find it?

Wow it was quick !
It perfectly works on my end, thank you :)

Indeed, it's most useful 8)

You can find it in the drop-down menu of the "More" tab on DTB :
